Baby Gap just released a quarterly subscription box! They send you over $100 of mix-and-match pieces chosen based off your size and style preferences. Right now, they offer sizes 0 months-2T, but will be adding 3T soon. You pay for the whole box when you order, but they make it really easy to send back anything you don’t love.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)
This is a review of the “fun” style clothing for a 24-month-old boy, $70 box. (FYI – I ordered this size to have these clothes for my next boy, due in October because at the time these shipped they only offered up to size 18-24 months, which Gideon has outgrown. Right after these boxes shipped, GAP added size 2T. Hopefully, 3T will be available by the next quarter! Anyways, all that to say, I don’t have a baby or child to model these for you – sorry!)
The Subscription Box: Baby Gap OutfitBox
The Cost: $70 a quarter

My box contained an info card showing me the items in my box and different ways to style them.
Additionally, every box includes a pre-paid return envelope to send back any items you don’t love.
Also, they sent along a packing sheet showing my items, their retail prices, and “My Price” for each item – the money I’d be refunded for returning each item. Please note my prices should total $70, but here, they do not. I reached out to Customer Service for correct pricing and awaiting their response.
Reversible Bear Snap Hoodie – retail price: $29.95 (currently on sale for $18), My Price: $9.28?
I love this item! It’s a little, cotton jersey, reversible hoodie. WITH EARS. This is such a nice layering piece for a baby. It’s breathable, soft and comfortable, and lightweight.
Here’s a look at the ears on the hood. Way too cute! There’s also a subtle, grey bear embroidered on the left chest of the hoodie.
And the best part is that this is reversible! The inside has this adorable dinosaur print. I can tell this is going to get a lot of use.
Marled Slub Pants – retail price: $19.95 (currently on sale for $12), My Price: $6.18?
I love baby pants. These are a great basic – grey goes with so much. They’re soft, have a drawstring, and have elastic around the ankles for a jogger-esque feel.
They also feature a little pocket on the back right.
Striped Short Sleeve Pocket Bodysuit – retail price: $14.95 (currently on sale for $11), My Price: $4.63?
These colored stripes are super cute. This bodysuit feels great quality – it’s thick enough to feel like it will last forever but still very soft and breathable. They also have a little pocket with a bear embroidered on it. This came with matching soft pants! (shown below)
Rugby Stripe Pull-On Pants – retail price: $14.95 (currently on sale for $9), My Price: $4.63?
I really like these pants, that match the above bodysuit, but I’m not sure what I’d pair them with? I feel like I’d have to find bodysuits in the right red or yellow or grey to style them well. For just over $4 I’m glad to have these but I don’t think I’d have picked them out myself.
Graphic Long Sleeve Bodysuit – retail price: $14.95 (currently on sale for $8), My Price: $4.63?
Fortunately, GAP included another bodysuit to match these with (so I have 2 outfits to make these pants work with, even if I don’t end up finding any other tops to go with, which is good). I chuckled when I read this bodysuit – sleep has been one of the consistent biggest battles with my first, and I sure hope my next one is the “King of Naps!” Haha. I’m also glad this bodysuit is a long sleeve, and I can see it going well with little jeans or soft navy pants as well.
My First Easy Slim Jeans – retail price: $29.95 (currently on sale for $18), My Price: $9.28?
Okay, how cute are these tiny jeans?? These have a great feel to them. They’re stretchy and soft and the ribbed drawstring waistband is perfect for little babies. These pants will get a lot of use.
And yes, they can unroll at the ankle – a good thing, since we expect all of our babies to be really long/tall.
Print Socks 2-Pack – retail price: $7.95 (on sale for $5), My Price: $0 (this is the free Bonus Gift)
I can never have too many baby socks! These are the free bonus gift this quarter.
So small! And, again, a good quality feel.
Verdict: This is GAP’s second Baby Gap OutfitBox shipment, and I’m really happy with it. Before this subscription, I had never shopped at Baby Gap before (there’s never been one near me). The “fun” style category was a perfect choice for us and everything is definitely high quality, true to size, and adorable. I really like actually having fun dressing my son (sometimes it feels like girls get all the fun/cute clothes, you know?). Also, returns are super easy with the prepaid bag. For $70, I got $132.65 retail value in clothing ($81 with the sale prices) including the socks. I think a seasonal/quarterly box is a smart choice for their model, price point, and product.
All in all, I’m really happy with this box again! It’s definitely a new super favorite sub of mine. Again – sorry I don’t have a little baby to model these for you! I will next quarter though, I promise! ;]
