When I signed up for this service, I took a pretty lengthy quiz in which I indicated my price, size and style preferences. It looks like they have done away with listing your preferences on this sheet, but there is an area where they print any notes you have sent to your stylist for this shipment. The only thing printed here is my Pinterest style board, which is what I sometimes send if I am in a hurry and don't have time to write. In any case, I would expect what I receive to be reflective of my tastes, and for these boxes to vary quite a bit from subscriber to subscriber. There is also a note from my stylist, Christina. It explains why she chose the items she picked for me.

This is the invoice of the items they sent me this month. On the right, it shows my cost to keep each item. The total comes to $428. If I keep everything, I get 20% off, plus I get my $20 styling fee deducted. That means a potential discount of $105.60. That's a deep discount!

Stripe Long Sleeve Top in Ocean Depth by Melissa McCarthy for Seven7 - Cost to Keep $79

I love the colors in this top, but it's not my style. I don't like button-ups or chest pockets. I actually think it looks pretty good on me, but I don't think I would ever feel comfortable in this.

Catherine Basic Roll Long Shorts by Kut from the Kloth - Cost to Keep $78 (on sale from $118!)

I actually already have these exact shorts! Haha! I love Kut from the Kloth denim because it's super soft and fairly yielding. I don't think I need two of the same shorts, though.

Sleeveless High Neck Keyhole Shift Dress by She + Sky - Cost to Keep $52

Wearing pants with a dress is still a thing, right? Full disclosure, it was about 100 degrees and 95% humidity when I took this picture, and I was not feeling this dress on any level, plus I thought it was a tunic at first. I don't like showing my upper arms, and the front of this dress would not lie flat for the world. I guess that means it is not a good fit, either. The material is also a kind of itchy polyester, so this was an all-around miss for me. It happens!

Hacci Choker Neck Tunic by Emerald - Cost to Keep $48

This was my favorite piece in the box! I love lilac, and I think the cut is pretty flattering. Yes, it almost killed me to put on a sweater in this heat, but it is very lightweight. This will be perfect for the coming (hopefully soon) cooler weather!

Drawstring Pant by DEX - Cost to Keep $69

I actually can't believe linen is making such a comeback! Two minutes after you put linen on, it is completely and irrevocably wrinkled. I like the lounge-y look, but I can see myself getting chronically frustrated with these pants. Plus (of course) they need to be hemmed.

Sleeveless Swing Dress with Crisscross Strap by She + Sky - Cost to Keep $52

Are dresses and jeans a thing? I can't believe I made the same mistake twice! This dress is identical to the pink one in terms of cut, so I liked the cut but dislike showing my upper arms on this dress also. The chest fit better on this one, though. I also prefer the color, and the material was a synthetic blend with more of silky feel. I like this dress much better, but I'm not in love with it.

Splatter Skinny Spike Jeans by Melissa McCarthy for Seven7 - Cost to Keep $49 (on sale from $89!)

These jeans are really cute! I don't know if I love the bleach stains, and (of course) they need to be hemmed, but these are seriously nice jeans. I tend to really like jeans from Seven7, they are usually quite slimming.

Verdict: I am really loving my Wantable Style Edit! I am so happy they sent seven items again this month! Unfortunately, this box was filled with almost all misses. I think that happens occasionally with every styling box. At least it wasn't a complete miss - I love the lilac sweater, and I really like the jeans! Hopefully, next month will have more items I love.

Also the lilac is the best piece! It I really love the black dress on you. You could dress it up or down and later for fall! The lilac not just the design but the color is so nice on you.

I feel like I would need to see more of the jean to vote, but I voted yes from what I could see. I like that black dress, and think you would look lovely without the jeans under, maybe some solid leggings with some texture like the faux moto style, or a darker fall color like plum if you’re less into showing legs, but I really think it would be so cute with a little cardi not too long maybe a little retro from Torrid or something.

Also, I know most women don’t like revealing sizes, but as a bodypos woman, it would help some people thinking about subscribing to see what their sizing on the tops in particular are like, just to see if I’m between sizes etc if I should go for more fitted or more loose if that makes sense? You’re beautiful and I don’t feel like the top size is going to make anyone judge, you already give us a great insight into the looks and items they send and I love voting! I always go by style and really also how you say the item makes you feel, if you feel confident in something or express being on fence or say an item highlights an area you don’t like etc. maybe for the dressy length items pair with some black leggings to see the silhouette more?

I agree that leggings would be best with the black dress and for cooler weather add a long sleeve thin v-neck tee or thin mock turtleneck with long sleeves under the dress maybe matching a pair of leggings in a deep color like plum or navy or chocolate or hunter green. The neckline is great on you and the straps are stylish. Love the lavender top. Everything else to go back. Jut my opinion.

I’m with you on the upper arm issue! But if I find something sleeveless I like, then I just wear a short sleeve shrug with it. I love the black dress on you.

I think you look great in the sweater and the black dress. But, you should feel comfortable with what you are wearing so even though you look great in that black dress I don’t think you should get it. Definitely keep the sweater if you can.

From what I can see, most is hidden by the dress, I actually like the marks on the jeans – reminds me of paint splatter. But we all like different things… Since you don’t love them you shouldn’t keep them.

The pink dress and the button down shirt don’t work because they swallow you up. It’s just too much fabric for you (I think the black dress doesn’t seem so overwhelming because if the fashion choice…and maybe because it’s black?).

The shorts? I actually own two of the same pair of shorts (different brand) but they are my favorite and they are inexpensive so for me it was a no brainer. So, I guess it friends on how much you love the shorts and if it is in your budget to get a duplicate pair.

I don’t know how to answer about the long sleeve top. I think it looks good on you, and the blue is flattering, but if you won’t be comfortable in it, what’s the point in keeping it? You’ll probably never wear it.

Good advice jaq!

Welcome Back! The lilac shirt looks really pretty on you. The bleach spots ruin the jeans.

I don’t know if this is your first post back–I may have missed that one, but welcome back! I wasn’t crazy about this box at all for you. The jeans would have been cute without the bleach stuff on them.
