I finally received the mug I ordered yesterday, but it looks a little different from the first. So I am a little disappointed. As everyone have said…how could their store say sold out, and the item is then backordered. Popsugar needs to get their act together.

Wow, I cannot believe what Popsugar sent me. I ordered two of the royal apothic tea eye balms. Both of them are completely dehydrated. One is missing the inner protective cap and is actually mostly stiff and dried. The other is almost as bad. It was upside down in It’s original packaging box. I am utterly appalled. Clearly one had been opened, and probably both..were these a return they shipped out again?

My 1972 Smith & cult has an extremely scratched up lid with spots where the metal is almost worn off and the seal was clearly removed and restuck in a different place. There are what look to be beard hairs stuck to one end of the seal, which has no stick left to it and I guess we know why. Some guy with a ginger beard he kept trimmed short lived in whatever house this was last in, I guess.

I have never received such sub-par, such used goods from a company such as popsugar. I’m completely disgusted. I am gonna raise such heck with them right up the management chain. (Don’t worry, I won’t treat a CS rep badly. This is SO much not something they are paid to cope with, and they aren’t why this happened.)

This was the first time i had ordered from PS and it will certainly be the last. It’s just gross to receive beauty products that had clearly been opened previously by a customer, returned, restocked and then sent out again as new goods to another customer.

Well, I finally got my order today…and I only wish some of my items had not been included, because I actually feel pretty nauseated over the condition of what they sent.

I just received my items. Out of the seven items, I only received two items and one item that I didn’t order. I tried to contact them but they only have email request and has nothing to do with my concerns. Can anyone help with a customer service number? Thank you.

They are sending quite a few of my items in a separate shipment, which I didn’t find out until I asked about them missing from my box. I am happy that I will be receiving them, but more communication would be appreciated. My account indicates that all items were shipped in the same box. Send them a message. Hopefully you will get good news too!

Don’t mean to question you, but the packing list should have a qty column for “ordered” and one for “shipped.” Were they included in the “shipped” column too? Last time they had a sale like this some of my items were delayed and came in a separate shipment and this time I just got my package and it included everything except the lavender sachets. However, it indicates on the packing list that I ordered 3 and 0 were included in the package. I’m hoping that means they will just show up later like last time….

I just got my package. Eight items are missing. I ordered very early. My account shows all items were shipped same day, same tracking number. The packing slip accurately indicates the qty shipped. However, I’m really not happy to have to write an email pleading for information or an immediate refund. It’s been 8 days since the package shipped- plenty of time to let me know what’s up

I just received my order and the nail polish and a necklace are missing. I was charged for both of the items. I emailed CS, so I’ll see if they respond. If not I guess I’ll dispute charge with CC. I’m quite disappointed 🙁

If anyone is interested, I got my items shipped out pretty quickly and received them today, much faster than last time. They were shipped via Fed-Ex to USPS and arrived from Gilroy, CA (I live in Sacramento which is why I probably received them so quickly). I was missing a Caldrea hand soap from my order even though the packing slip showed it as included. I don’t expect that they’ll be able to fulfill that since it is sold out, I assume they’ll give me a credit for it.

I placed another separate order right after the first one, but haven’t received any information on that order since the day I ordered it.

According to the website, orders should ship within 7-10 business days of ordering. I’m on business day 9 and the status is still showing as “Unfulfilled” and I have not received shipping notification. Hopefully tomorrow! Hope you get a shipping notice soon too!

I just looked at my order confirmation……not sure why i waited so long. I think it’s correct except they added the screen cleaner which i didn’t order. Anyone else have this added? was wondering if the napkins sold out so they are sending this as the free item. Bummer…..those napkins are so cute.

Last sale took about a month for me to get. I contacted them about two weeks after order and they started shipping that day, but their shipping takes a long time….I’m on east coast.

Last warehouse sale the shipping was horrible… took forever and then items were damaged because they were rattling around in the box and not protected. I hope you all get your things without any issues!!

I had a similar experience last time, but I received my order today and everything was packed meticulously with bubble wrap and then big air packaging to fill the gap. Here’s hoping everyone receives their items quickly and without issue. I will add that my order was missing an item and I had to email them about it.

Last time they did this sale, they re-stocked some very coveted items, one of them being the Derek Lam perfume set. But, of course that sold out super fast. So, I would keep continuously checking their site for the next few days if there’s something you really wanted. 🙂
