I read her interview a while back and she came across as so put together. She needs to let go of Jersey Shore. I think a box from a mother’s perspective would be a huge hit. This…well, I just think there’s a very limited demographic for this box.

I am a 28 year old single mother, and this is not the type of stuff I would ever spend money on. At first when I seen JWow was doing this box I thought it would have true mom stuff. Household items, Kids items, Maybe a wine glass for those hard days, relaxation stuff. But these are cheap items. a can koosie, fake tattoos, hair bands…. seriouslly. Even if I was in my early 20s I would not even consider spending 50 on these items. I hope she decides to rethink this whole thing. And create a subscription that makes sense.

I would use and enjoy all of this (not at that price though), but fun and tacky is kind of my jam. I’m still embarrassed for our country that this show was a thing and made these people famous. But I totally watched and chuckled over a few episodes. Such a trainwreck but I couldn’t look away!

I’ve always liked JWoww. In my opinion, i just think she needs to start over with this subscription. If she starts over and decide which age group she wants to market to and adjust accordingly, it might be a hit! Don’t get me wrong now, I’m no expert on subscription boxes, but, if she market’s this to the age group that actually watched the show when it was on, she might fair a little better. I’m not putting it down, just trying to give some helpful advice.

On the website, it says it’s bi-monthly, which makes the $50 price tag a little better. Also, the 2nd ‘S’ in Miss Domesticated is crossed off, changing it to Mis-domesticated. Makes more sense.
The sizing for both tops and bottoms goes from S-XXL. In case you’re interested.

So … I kind of want this. lol I think the items are all really cute. The lace tattoos are a cute idea. I’m super pale, so I don’t know how they’d show up. I’d totally use the AF items around the house and get a giggle out of them. If it wasn’t $50, I might have given it a try! 🙂
I agree that the name doesn’t seem to have much to do with the items, unless it’s a reference to her show or something that I don’t get.

Not to be a b***h but a better name for this collection would be Arrested Development. This is Jersey shore teen ager stuff marketed to … grown women I assume. I grew up in NJ, I recognize it. That being said, I like Jwoww and hope she rethinks her direction going forward. How about something classy???
