2017_New_Subscription_Boxes_POST-HEADER

Here at MSA, it seems like we learn about a few new subscription boxes every day! At the end of each month, we pick a few that seem interesting, fun, and/or unique, and let you vote for which ones we review next.

(This list isn't strictly boxes that just started in the last month, but boxes new to us and boxes we want your feedback on!)

Before we get started on July's boxes, below is a quick update on some of your favorites from last month's post:

As always, thank you for being an MSA reader and telling us your thoughts! The July poll is at the bottom of the post. And if there are other boxes you'd like to see us review that aren't listed here, please let us know in the comments!

Just subscribed to Ear Fleek. Nice to see an inexpensive option that guarantees nickel free.

Absolutely nothing looks even remotely interesting.

I’d love to see the NStyle Box from At Home With Nikki!

I can’t wait for Notoriously Morbid to be reviewed again but this time with instructions on how to use the products or just better swatches 😊

Liz Cadman

I signed up for At Home with Nikki! Hopefully we get our first box soon! 🙂

Wow, there are so many boxes. I am eager to see the outcome.

Heima Box looks great! Please review 🙂

There is a brand new box starting next month for Cozy Mystery readers called “Murder She Sent.” I would also like to see reviews of Posh Box,
Exterior Indulgence,
and Bless Box.

Marion

I would definitely like to see Jewelry Tree reviewed, at least for a few months, because I definitely need to see what Jammin Butter will be sending for that before I’d buy it.

I think I was just saying somewhere recently that Jersey Shore should have its own box! Definitely interested in that!

I look at the Sneakertub and it looks like it is all for guys. I need ladies sizes.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

they do have women’s stuff. It just is that most of the youtube videos are of guys, but you can find a few ladies. The women’s stuff I’ve seen reviewed is Ok, but I have yet to see a holy cow that is awesome video – but there are so few that it’s really hard to tell. That is why I would love to see some MSA reviews. I am really interested in this sub. so I may just try it out anyway.

I am most excited about Beautiful Darkness. I already subscribe to The Nocturnal Readers Box and it’s one of my most anticipated boxes every month. It’s hard to find good mystery/horror/scifi book boxes that are geared to adults and not YA. I would also like to see Heima reviewed and The Lady at the Register looks really fun although probably for a very young demographic.

Jess

Just ordered Heima after seeing it on the list! Would love to see you review it since there are different levels and style profiles. They even have a baby sub!

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

I would LOVE to see Corporate Goth reviewed.

Reply ButtonReply

Ragan

I will be reviewing that one. But the first review won’t come until next month based on their shipping schedule and when I signed up.

Emm

!!! Yes!

Carrie

Oh goody! I was intrigued by that one too!

Ingermaria Berryman

From these options my vote is for Beautiful Darkness, Bombay & Cedar, and The Heima Box. Not on the list: The Lady at the Register. A lot of people in my makeup groups on facebook subscribe, and it looks fantastic.

Jewelry Tree and Ear Fleek! I just can’t afford more expensive jewelry boxes, or more expensive anything boxes. I would love to see more lifestyle boxes at $25 or less. The level of TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Walmart and Target is fine with me!

Helen Whaley

The Lady at the Register looks interesting. I’d love to see that one reviewed!

Reply ButtonReply

Ingermaria Berryman

I second that.

Jersey Shore Cosmetics has some excellent all natural, organic products, I would love to see them get reviewed. I would also like to see the Heima Box reviewed.

Louise McChesney

Have you seen fx crate? Special effects makeup monthly box!? Super cool! Would love to see it reviewed by you guys.

Reply ButtonReply

LT

I’ve gotten jersey shore balm three times from ipsy and I LOVE them. But I don’t think I’d get a whole box of them, unless I was gifting.

Reply ButtonReply

Emm

Same and same. August 2016, December 2016 and July 2017.

That being said, I voted for the jwoww box simply out of morbid curiosity and the Heinz box because why not?

Reply ButtonReply

LT

Wow- we must be permanent bag twins! The most recent one is definitely a favorite for me. I’m a little obsessed with it.

There’s a makeup brand called Give Me Glow cosmetics that has monthly beauty boxes I’d love to see featured here. The boxes are like the Target boxes, in that they’re featured on the website on the 1st of every month and once they’re sold out, they’re gone. They range around $40 per box, but you get 5-6 full sized color-coordinated products in limited addition colors that are based on the theme for that month. I’ve read that the quality of their products is amazing. I have one of their liquid lipsticks and it’s very close to Ofra’s formula.

I’d like to see a review of the sunglasses sub!

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

I’d love to see Heima reviewed. I’d also love to see Sens Unique reviewed. It is a French perfume box that is high end niche scents.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

Sneakers for sure. There are lots of guy reviews of this on youtube, but very few women. I love shoes and I would love to see what sort of selection for women they have. Plus It would be nice to see if you could get some nice athletic shoes for workouts or if they are more fashion sneakers..

Pilar Buford

I agree!

There are two costs showing on Jersey Cosmetics, both $49.99 and $25. plus $5. shipping.

Jackie

I thought the same thing, but one is a “Special Value Box” and specifically says they are different “Monthly Special Value Boxes are different than our subscription boxes and are limited to the first 200 customers each month.”

I’m interested, but I can’t imagine needing $30 worth of lip balm each month…

virginia

I’m with you. They say the more you use lip balm the more you need it.
