      • Start is for a smaller “starter box” very disappointing and misleading.

    • Well, I’m confused. I saw a deal on Facebook…$19.99. Code START. Looks like it is for this box. Thought it would be great gift for DIL. The email I got said i would be billed 8.31.17…for first Seasonal Box.

      Does that mean i get this Editors Box THEN the next box is Winter? Per my dashboard? What happened to Fall? hmmm

      • and if I do cancel to not get the Fall box, when do I need to cancel by? Thanks!

      • Yes, the first box you’ll get is the editors box. I made the same error last year thinking there would still be fall boxes left since it was barely a couple weeks into the season. Luckily I really loved the box, even if some of them were just repeats from previous boxes from the year, they were new to me. I’m not sure of what is in this box but they can be a pain to cancel. If you just bought it, I’d email them if you don’t want your first box to be the editor one. A lot of times they will tell you what is in the box so that you won’t cancel. Best wishes, Tia Oh and as for cancelling. Do it right away or you WILL get the fall box and once it ships out there’s not much to do on your end to not be billed for it.

  3. I finally caved. I am a diehard fan of the Dr. Brandt, so the box is worth it for that alone. I can gift the BKR and Milly pouch at Christmas. The ruana and Brigeo will be put up for swap. So it’s a huge win for me!

    • I bought it specifically for the Dr. Brandt exfoliator. I’m in love with it. When I go to my FFF dashboard it shows what comes in the box and gives the sun a value of $19. I’ll be so disappointed if it comes as a “Deluxe” sample. 😰

      • Mine was the 2oz size, i think that’s full size… I’ll check my dashboard and see if i have the same value. But i imagine you’re getting the full size one 😀

  5. Have they released any spoilers yet for the Fall box? It bills on 9/1 and I believe they usually drop a spoiler item earlier than this. Unless I’m just missing something or being impatient!! 🙂

  6. Today’s 10 biz days for me, so I sent an email before bed so it’s there in the morning reminding them to ship. ⛟

    Took a look at their ‘capsule’ collection, and love (not) when designers, etc. use that term. This grouping could be put into a capsule and shot into space. What junk! I don’t understand the oxymoron of a cool 100% rayon tee, or the sz Small model wearing a Large to confuse everyone.

    I agree with others, FFF needs to stick to the basics and get things back on track, then consider adding other profitable ventures to their portfolio.

    • You can get it on eBay in the future or buy the items separately. I have the rest of the items from the seasonal boxes I am just getting the pallet the dr. Brandt ant the rest of the colors of the Ruana

  9. I think fabfitfun is just taking on too much. They have the seasonal boxes, in between season boxes, add ons, warehouse sales, capsule sales, whatever the style box is that they are testing out. They keep adding more and more but yet they can’t even handle shipping out their seasonal boxes within a reasonable time. For an in between season box to take up to 14 business days to ship is unacceptable in my eyes. There’s not as many orders for in between season boxes so how could it take longer.

    • Not to mention that it’s not customized like the Seasonal boxes. These boxes should already be packed and ready to go.

  10. I ordered on the 19th and still no shipping 🙁 Maybe because I did add-ons?

    • Same boat here. I ordered on the 20th and did add-ons too and not shipped yet 🙁

  11. I ordered the day the $20 discount came out and mine finally shipped today. Hate subs that charge and then take 2-3 weeks to ship. Sephora play messes with me every month!

  13. I’m getting a little worried. Tomorrow will be 14 days since I ordered this box and it’s said “awaiting shipment” for the past 10. Is this common with this company or should I contact them?

    • I ordered awhile ago and it hasn’t shipped either. Shipping seems to be hit or miss with FFF. Some people waited a looong while for their Summer box with a regular sub. Mine shipped per normal schedule but I was missing alot of add ons. Not sure if they are having warehouse problems or what but they need to fix it if they want to keep growing subs. The good news is that customer service seems pretty good….

      • Thank you for responding. Hmm. I think I’ll email tomorrow just to be sure. It’s funny how some subs are on point and others are lacking in areas. I’m surprised fab fit isn’t better about things considering the amount of marketing they do. I can’t scroll through Facebook without seeing a celeb doing an unboxing lol. I really like the quality and variety of items in this box so I hope it doesn’t end up being a huge hassle all the time.

        • Exactly!!! They seem to want more subs so they better get their crap together. Lol. I actually just checked again and I ordered July 21 and it was just shipped. So if yours doesn’t ship soon it couldn’t hurt to send an email and ask. Good luck and hope you enjoy!

        • Try live chat if you can. I always have good response from that. I didn’t have any problems with shipping from them, but I did with FedEx. Their customer service is great in my opinion.

    • Has it been 14 business days? If so, I recommend contacting them asap.

      I find the live chat option much quicker than email.

      I ordered one that shipped today, after 11 business days.

    • Same here. I emailed them and walah! They shipped my box that same day and I should be receiving it next week. they get pretty backed up when they put these boxes at a super good deal. Their cs is great though. Just send them an email and they should respond with a “it has been shipped” email

      • This is a great sub, and customer service is awesome. Live chat is the way to go.

    • Well if those that ordered on the 21st got their shipment confirmation then hopefully mine comes tomorrow. If I don’t hear something I’ll contact them. I didn’t know they had a live chat option so thank you for the heads up on that…it’s a much faster way of contact than waiting for an email response. Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond and put my mind at ease. I’m really looking forward to this sub.
