I’m not sure why there have been negative reviews! I’ve subscribed to many different subscription boxes and have to say my Ellie subscription has probably been my favorite! I love the fact that you can skip a month if you want to, which I took advantage of once. But I have received items three times and really lived the quality and look of each outfit!

WOW! I received this outfit and ordered a M in the pants & tank and S in the bra, my normal sizes when I order from Fabletics. Well the bra was way too small. I contacted Ellie through the online chat and they told me they are sending me a M bra free of charge and that I should donate or toss the S size. I was pleasantly SHOCKED at this response! I teach at a gym so I’ll definitely find a member to donate the S to. They said it MIGHT not be the same bra, but I guess I can’t be too picky at this remedy. The tank and pants are awesome!! This was my first try at an Ellie box and I was hesitant with all the negative reviews, but I just might stick around with this sub for awhile!

Another happy subscriber here! August will be my 6th Ellie box; I’ve never had any problems with my box items and the one time I contacted CS with a request they were great.

I wish this month’s spoiler showed the back of the bra and tank, but looking forward to receiving the outfit regardless.

I’ve received this box for three months and love it. I had one problem and customer service got right back to me and fixed it.

I keep saying I’m going to skip a month but I love this outfit and have been thinking of getting some sliders!! I’ve been with them since they opened up subscriptions after the beta mode – one month was a hiccup with some growing pains (that was maybe the 2nd or 3rd month) but since then they’ve fixed all the issues!

I have had no issues with this sub either. I was hesitant to sub because of the negative feedback I’ve seen on MSA from other people but I have no regrets at all. Looking forward to this box!

I’ve seen a lot of negative comments about this box but I have been subscribing for about 5 months and I love it! I haven’t had any sizing issues with my clothing and I get a ton of compliments on them. I’m excited for this month!
