Anyone received this box or shipping notification yet?? I thought it was supposed to ship a week ago. I sent email last week and haven’t heard from them. They are usually good at responding by email and/or replying to the posts on MSA but it’s been silent..

I have not seen nor heard anything either – also waiting on the Fall box. I have seen some previous frustrations with slow shipping – Need more accurate shipping timelines. We wait a long time in advance for these from purchase to receiving time – it gets difficult to wait when it is weeks overdue and was hoping to use items for gifting, too. I am just impatient – I want to see my goodies! 🙂

I ordered the limited edition box a few months back, and decided to cancel a week later.
I am still waiting for my refund.
I’m very dissatisfied with this company.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Dear Jess,
It is a difficult situation for the company if somebody orders the box and then cancels it before we ship it since merchandise is provisioned for it.
Normally in the similar circumstance by our policy, we can give a store credit not a refund but we made an exception for you.
We have been communicating with you through all this process. In our last email on 08/03, we confirmed that the refund will be finalized this week. We are not late as the week is not over yet.
We are trying to accommodate you the best way possible and would like to avoid any frustration on your part.

I was a subscriber of the deluxe sub. Got total crap each month. Couldn’t wait for the six months to be over.

I did it – could not resist! I figured by the time I used the $30 off coupon, applied for membership, it still was that same as buying it outright. My first jump into 5th Avenue style but I justified it by saying it is my birthday present to myself – whatever we need to do to justify our addictions, right? I love what I have seen in previous boxes and relentlessly pursue swaps from this box, so might as well go for it! Cannot wait to share!
