Very disappointed with the Customer Service of this company. Placed an order for five pieces which arrived, however all five pieces were damaged (one had tarnished links, one had damage to the crystals, two had of the bracelets had problems with the magnetic closures not keeping the bracelets closed) and the last one had a clasp stuck in the open position. Today sent the third request for assistance and have heard absolutely nothing from them. Really turned off by them. I found out about them here and subscribed. The first box was the August box that was ok, not great, but had high hopes for a fun and inexpensive fashion jewelry sub box, boy! That was not to be! What are they thinking in not responding to a new customer’s problem? Cancelled immediately. No thank you, I’ll get my fashion jewelry the old fashioned way: digging through the finds at Nordstrom Rack!

Styles will vary? I wish I could see other variations. I’ve never subbed to this box as some months are hits but most are not but bracelet in the photo is totally my style.
