Every month, Yogi Surprise has a theme, and July's is fittingly "Freedom". The items listed on the info card are all meant to encourage you to explore yourself and world around you and keep your energies up so you have the courage to go places you haven't before.

Each month there is a Yogi Surprise Sequence included. This one was designed to open the heart and throat to allow more Freedom (among other things) into your life. I love the illustrated instructions!

Mindful Anti-Aging Serum, 15ml. - Value $49.00

I love getting full-size items in subscription boxes, and this one is great for me! Being 37 years young, I have a few crows feet these days and some dark circles, so I'm always on the lookout to preemptively stop more of the visual aging process.

This formula is made with primrose and lavender, so it smells great while you dab it around your eyes in the evening. It's just thick enough to make it seem like it can fill in some wrinkles, without being cakey at all. It suggests 30 minutes to sink in prior to your bedtime. I can see this helping long-term, but only time will tell!

OM Journal - Value $10.00

What a beautiful handmade journal they've included this month! I love the bright teal blue hue and the stitching all around the cover.

The symbol on the front means "Om" and is said to be the vibrational sound of the cosmic universe.

The journal has 45-50 plain, wood free, recycled acid-free cotton paper pages, with plenty of room for you to write down daily thoughts and reflections.

The long braided cord can be used as a book marker as well as a way to seal the book closed when you're not reflecting.

Skinny & Co. Raw Coconut Oil, 4.1 fl oz. - Value $14.00

Who doesn't love coconut oil? Show me one person! They are (coco)NUTS! There are so many ways to use this natural oil, and I can never have enough. This brand claims that they are the only raw coconut oil in the world, due to their patent-pending extraction system. I don't know the truth, but I'll bite.

The main thing I use coconut oil for is cooking. My favorite being to make popcorn the old fashioned way in a pot on the stove! However, I've been meaning to tap into some of the beauty benefits of coconut oil so this smaller jar is perfect to keep in the bathroom cabinet!

Copper Cup Turmeric Latte Mix, 3 servings - Value $8.99 (buy 12 servings for $24.99, 24 servings for $48.99, or 100 servings for $149.99)

Back in April, my very first review for MSA was also my first experience with turmeric powder. I loved the slightly spicy flavor it delivered, so I'm happy to see some included here!

I tried it with milk this time, and it's so delicious! This packet includes coconut milk powder, coconut sugar, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, vanilla, salt, and cayenne pepper. No wonder I love it!

Aculief Wearable Acupressure - Value $19.99

This little device uses the LI4 pressure point to relieve headaches and tension. I suffer from bad headaches and even worse migraines, so I'm interested to see if this will help!

It's a simple cuff made hard plastic that you can slip on either hand when you need relief. Please note that the package says this pressure point is known to cause contractions, so pregnant women beware!

I remember being told to pinch my hand between my thumb and pointer finger when I have a headache, and this is exactly what this tool aims to do so you have your hands free. Recalling that I have smaller hands, I think I have it on a little too far in this picture. It should pinch the muscle that is in that part of the hand, so you may have to feel around to know where to snuggle it.

Phive Bar in Blueberry, 2.12 oz. - Value $2.99 (buy a case of 12 for $35.88)

I don't normally eat energy bars unless I'm traveling or in a pinch, but this one is tasty! It reminded me a lot of a fig newton without the bready shell.

All of the ingredients are organic, and there is nothing sketchy in here at all. Just real food. I gobbled this down and would definitely choose this in a store over some others.

AUGUST SPOILER ALERT!

There's also a card that announces the winner from last month's photo using the #yogisurprise hashtag, and a look at what's coming next month: a canvas pouch and a tube turban!

Verdict: The Yogi Surprise this month was awesome!! I was afraid that the items would be too yoga-based (I don't practice at all lately), but I enjoyed everything they included and can put it all to daily use, even when not on a mat. The value is fantastic, seeing as though I got $105 worth of merchandise for $44.99. Very impressed!!

If anyone wants to sell their box I’ll gladly pay. I had to cancel last month due to financial reasons & I’m so sad I did because I love everything in this box 😩

This is in my top 3 boxes. I love it. I haven’t been disappointed once and I’ve been subscribing for almost a year. I also really want to know if the acurelief will work and will post an update about it after I test it out
