I thought the Scratch & Dent box was great! Though that’s probably not the best way to judge a company–off their damaged products. I’ve always wondered why MSA doesn’t review the Makeup Edit version of this box? I’m going to pick one up to try it out. Natural makeup isn’t cheap, so $20 seems like a good deal.

I was thinking about subscribing to Terra Bella Box. I contacted their customer service via email 3 days ago. No response. What are your experience with this company? Do you have any issues with them and how do you get them resolved? Thanks!
I’ve been subbed off & on to Terra Bella since last year, and I only had to contact them via email once for something (I’m sorry, but I can’t remember the issue). I’m pretty sure it was the owner who replied. She replied in a timely manner (maybe even same day), and was very kind, and answered whatever questions I had. It was last year when I had to contact them though.
Thank you, Luna! I’ve got an answer from her today. She wrote she has been too busy with inventory to reply earlier. Now I’m a new subscriber. Can’t wait to get to know what is in their July box.

I wasn’t very pleased with the scratch and dent box. $20 can buy stuff I actually want.
I got an email and was getting ready to purchase this, but then I realized I’ve never really received any makeup from this company. So I went back and looked through reviews and other than one lipgloss and a nail polish I didn’t see any makeup. I checked the website and they don’t display any of the products. I think I’m going to wait for a few spoilers to see what they have.
I could only find a couple of reviews for their makeup edit box from July 2016, which I think was their first makeup edit box (I guess it didn’t catch on with bloggers?). In that box, it included:
– Lauren Brooks Lipstick
– Delizioso Skincare – Natural Eyeliner/Brow Pencil
– Delizioso Skincare – Lip & Cheek Shine
– Fitglow Beauty Mascara (this would have been nice to try!)
I wouldn’t mind getting those, but how fresh could they be by now? I did like the two scratch and dent boxes I got but those has recent items in them.
I would hope that they wouldn’t include year-old products, but I know boxes have done that before. That’s definitely the risk we take with these mystery boxes. Hopefully, the products will be on par with the ones listed above. 🙂
