I went on line to check on animal testing of products and I could not believe the number of companies/products that are tested on animals. I only went on one website which often can be biased or not updated but am going back later to read exactly what type of testing they do. Apparently I am already using products that test on animals so I am not canceling my order, just going to read more about it.

It’s best to google the name of the company and the phrase cruelty-free. Aveeno claims to be cruelty-free, but claims they do test where it is required by law( China). I’ve been cruelty-free vegan for over 20 years and googling the brand and cruelty-free has been the best way to get the info.

I got one in the mail. I didn’t know where it came from.

I used to like Aveeno products until I started using only products that don’t test on animals. Some of their products are considered “dirty” as well.

Thanks for this! I really like Aveeno products, and they’re sized right for travel, too. I’ll have to choose one for the credit offer!
