Hello! Has anyone not gotten this box yet? Mine has been saying “shipped” for the last two weeks and it hasn’t shipped. I reached out to them twice, but haven’t gotten a response.

I also have not received my box 🙁 My credit card was charged on 7/20, I received an order confirmation … and nothing since … tracking info states USPS has not even initiated shipping … no response to emails either. I’m tempted to file a dispute with my credit card company! Any advice, anyone?

I’m about to do the same. I received an email response after about 2 weeks and was told I had the option for a refund, so I replied right away that I would like to be refunded for both boxes not received. Haven’t heard back since. And that was over a week ago

I was actually wondering the same. Mine has been showing that shipping label was created on 7/21 but still doesn’t show that it has shipped

Order twice – (1) box at different times? Maybe that would work for ensuring different items, rather than 2 in the same online transaction…

Wow that’s cool I got a Dollar Store Box So upset everything minus 1 item is junk…
1 -Mandala roundie (beautiful but very cheap onlything nice)
1- super gaudy choker totally awful
1 tiny notebook
1 movibands keychain
1 card size print….
TOTALLY BUMMED…. but at least that confirms that I will not be subscribing to that box anytime ever and because they donate to nonprofit I really wanted to love it…

Anyone done a sampler box before? Always unsure of a “mystery”box.

Yes, this last winter. Received a knitted winter headband, some very pretty illustrated calendar cards, a silver adjustable ring, sparkly stud earrings, an insulated travel mug with a cute saying, Full Hands Full Heart, a natural lip balm, a frame-able drawing….and something else. Oh yes, Manna Kadar haha.
