The Cost: $15.99 on a month-to-month basis, $44.97 for a 3-month subscription, $83.94 for a 6-month subscription, and $155.88 for a 12-month subscription. Shipping is $4.00 a month on all subscriptions.

This month’s Loved + Blessed theme is Refresh.
Mini Poster
This month’s theme is reflected on the mini poster, that says “Visit the Well before you're thirsty” and on the back the scripture John 4: 13-14, “Jesus answered, Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
Reminder Sticker
This month’s sticker says “Relax Refresh Renew” and on the back on the paper backing the scripture from Jeremiah 31:25, “I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint”. It’s odd that the scripture is on the backing of the sticker that would get discarded after I adhered the sticker to my laptop or journal. This will go in an area where I will see often as a reminder to recharge.
Scripture Cards
This month there are two scripture cards enclosed in my box. The first scripture comes from Jeremiah 31:25, “I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint” and from John 7:37-38, “On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them”. The scriptures presented in this month’s box reflect on Jesus refreshing and satisfying my soul, by me coming to him when I’m thirsty (thirsty to learn and grow from his word).
Aluminum Water Bottle
This aluminum water bottle has a carabiner-like clip to attach to a backpack or purse and it’s sturdy. The front of the water bottle says, “Refresh my Soul” and on the back says, “Love + Blessed”. A water bottle for when I”m thirsty, symbolizing how I need to thirst for Jesus. I admire how Loved + Blessed finds appropriate items to tie along with their monthly theme
Encouragement Kit
Loved + Blessed include an Encouragement Kit with every subscription box. I love the idea of an encouragement kit. It is meant to be passed on to a stranger or as an encouragement for someone I know. Loved + Blessed encourages a handwritten note on the blank card, include homemade cookies or a gift that relates to the theme, add the scripture card and “Refresh” card to the box to give to someone else.
Verdict: This month box was an encouragement, it may not seem like a lot but each of the items has a powerful message that speaks to me and inspires me. This box doesn’t have a set value but if you want to be encouraged monthly and draw closer to Jesus this box is for you. The box is $15.99 a month plus $4 shipping varies each month in the cost being worth it depending on the main item. In my opinion, the cost shouldn’t matter if you are desiring to be encouraged spiritually.
