  1. There was supposed to be a NewBeauty Beauty Report Sampling Box, with the cost of $29 with free shipping, released yesterday.. But it was never released… Does anyone know what happened and if it is going to be released at all?

    • I thin they are still for sale? Not sure, but I ordered a second one a week ago and it went through..

      • I bought 4 of these boxes and I am not disappointed. I might buy some more to stash for holiday gifting.
        I love the Grandelash and revitabrow. Lumene has worked really well so far. Colorscience is a gift from the heavens, thankfully, the medium shade works perfectly for me. LaRoche Posay micellar water is always useful, the size is perfect for travel. Did not like that eminence rhubarb exfoliant at all .I’m not a fan of tan towels but my friend swears by them, she’s happy to take those. All the hair stuff is useful. A few items I may donate but all in all, I definitely think it’s a good purchase.

        • I never heard of this box until I came on here. I bought 1, and I am happy with it. I adore the lumene- it makes my face glow! I really love the epionce gel cleanser too! I’m not into the “thick eyebrows” so I sold my revitabrow on ebay. Idon’t hang out too much in the sun, so I sold the colorscience too. Those 2 products covered almost $40- minus fees and shipping but it allows me to keep the stuff I wanted. Plus, my buyers got what they wanted at a great price with free first class shipping. I have posted some of the other items too, but I wanted about half of it for me- now I don’t have to clog up my space with products that I know I won’t use and my stuff costs less. I subscribe to ipsy, boxycharm, allure and play now so I will do the same thing with items from those boxes too. If the samples are premium but small i’ll put a bunch of them together in an auction. It’s a win-win for me and the people that buy from me- I have a 100% rating on Ebay- and lots of people want premium products and samples! So, ladies- DON”T toss entire boxes in a hissy fit!lol somebody can use those products!!!

  4. Neither of my 2 boxes had the SkinMedica product and one of my boxes was missing the Obagi sunscreen that’s listed on the insert in the box. Did anyone else receive theirs like this?

    • Skin medica is not supposed to be in the box. Never was… It was never in the picture. I think that Liz had it down as it being in the box by mistake. But yes.. you should have the Obagi sunscreen. What was the weight of your box? All boxes were weighted before being sent out.

        Thank you for the info on the skinmedica.
        One of my boxes was 3.3 lbs & one was 3.2 lbs. The 3.3 must be the box that did have the sunscreen and the 3.2 was the one missing it apparently.

        I think I also received a different It’s A 10 product in both boxes than is supposed to be included.

        I guess I’m going to have to email them.

        • You shouldn’t have a problem. They are pretty good with fixing their mistakes.. Maybe call them instead of emailing, only because it seems as though a lot of people are trying to get in touch with them over this box. Email will probably really slow..

    • After waiting nearly 2 weeks, I got a response from them. They do say you can return the UNOPENED box for a refund. Of course, it sounds like you’d have to pay for the return shipping. (Since it wasn’t stated otherwise)

      We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Your order has been processed and shipped. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent once available. You may return the unopened box, once received a refund will be honored.

      • I believe that you wouldn’t have to pay for return shipping if you are there when the mailman came and told him then that you don’t want it and to send it back to the sender, that way, it will get back to NewBeauty for free.

    • to return it for a refund it has to be unopened according to a rep I spoke to .

  6. No shipping info, no where to check online, no box. Have to double check if I have even been charge. Glad to see I am not the only one. This will be my first and last purchase from this company. Lesson learned…and now seeing what we are actually getting…I really hope they lost my order.

    • Call and demand a cancellation and EXPRESS why so that they will get it. That is what I did last Spring and I also followed up with headquarters too. I CANNOT believe that they did it to the consumers again with shady marketing. Sure isn’t how you get more customers.
      It is really a shame because there first awards box was great.

      ANYONE that wants their money back I would highly suggest calling and speaking to management as it worked for me. $60 is ALOT of money.

  7. Got my box today… So so so bad… IMO
    Can’t believe I waste $60 on this…
    2 highest value products that made up the supposed $400 value are both for brow growing, 3rd highest is self tan towelettes………
    FYI, no skinmedica.
    So regret I didn’t cancel… Was hoping it’s at least a mediocre curation… So wrong…
    Full size are pretty much all duds for me. It’s kind of sad that the things I’m happy to see are all sample sizes with low value…

      • I think it’s pretty much the same with the exception of the it’s a 10.
        Jsyk, the square pkg thing that’s in front of the living proof is just a single pad of pinrose’s parfum presoaked pad…
        I didn’t even count it as a sample when I first counted the items and was actually thinking I’m missing one product…

        • You gotta be kidding me? One pad of Pinrose? That’s worse than one vitamin in the Beauty Report box. Luckily I want to try the lash and brow Serum so the box isn’t a total loss but I wish I only got 1 and not 2. The Beauty Report box for $30 seems so much better even without a Dermaflash. That box C was awesome. What was the GE Care Credit offer and the 3rd offer? Also which supplement did you get and which Paula’s Choice product?

          • The Beauty Report box was ALL sample sized though. I went back to that post and a lot of people were complaining it was only samples. You get a handful of Full sized in this box. That made me feel better. The products are nice, just an off assortment and the 2 brow/lash items and two cleansers are too similar. The Pinrose in mine was Campfire Rebel, I liked it.

  9. They told me last week that my box had already shipped, but I still haven’t gotten a shipping notification, and my card still hasn’t even been charged. What the heck is wrong with this company? If they aren’t going to start shipping for two weeks, why did they advertise as “on or around the 12th”?

  10. I ordered pretty early the first day offered. I got my Fed Ex tracking email today, says shipped 7/24…will arrive to my house by end of day 7/27. 3.3 lbs

    • I just got my shipping notification too. Finally!

      • Got my shipping info today, as well. I’m in southern California and it says it will arrive next Wednesday, 8/2, shipping from the east coast. I’m looking forward to this box, plenty of great items to try that I’d never get to try any other way.

    • I received my shipping notification. States it shipped today with a fed ex tracking number

  12. I called this morning to check and the customer service rep was angry from the second she answered the phone. She told me everything was shipped Friday and should arrive in 7-10 days. But that’s not true. my FedEx account shows they created labels on Friday, but the packages have yet to arrive at the FedEx facility. Creating labels and shipping are not the same thing. The boxes are obviously still in New Beauty’s possession. I just don’t get it…

    • Finally, it shows that my box arrived at FedEx. It’s 3.2 lbs. and they’re estimating that it should be at my door by the 31st. I’m just pleased it’s finally on its way.

      • I got an email after midnight with a tracking number. Weighs 10lbs so all 3 must be inside one box. I feel bad cause my coworker wanted to give as a gift. Mine doesn’t state delivery date yet but I guess by next Monday. I think last time they came on time or 1-2 days early. Still hoping for the Skin Medica and wondering what the third offer is? I hope I can use the GE Care Credit offer cause I’ve had that card for about 8 years now. Maybe calling their CS gets things moving. Who knows. I think with this company you have to buy and assume you won’t hear or get anything for 3-4 weeks.

    • That isn’t cool that she got angry at you. This is a one-time purchase and not a monthly subscription.

      Online vendors always ship stuff out to me within a few days now of placing the order. They should have had the packages put together prior to selling especially if they were going to state on the order page when we placed our orders that they were shipping out that day.

      • Exactly!!! These boxes shou ld have been assembled well in advance with them knowing all the items to use as spoilers. I’m definitely going to think long and hard before another purchase is made from this company.

  13. I don’t understand what is going on with these people. I reached out to them on Friday morning (7/21) to ask what was going on, since it had been 9 days since they were supposed to start shipping and it was radio silence from them. They said: “Your order has been processed and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking information once available. ” But my card still hasn’t been charged, and I haven’t received any kind of shipping notification. Is this some kind of fly by night con? I don’t understand how a company who does stuff like this could stay in business. I wish I had never heard of this company. I only ordered this for the Dermaflash, and now it looks like it was false advertising since they deleted the Instagram post and all mention of it from their social media…

    • My card was charged last Wednesday the 19th. I have NOT received a shipping notification.

  14. 😐 I feel like this box is going to randomly show up at my porch, on a day I’ve completely forgotten about even buying it.
    I hope I’d be able to get some good swaps out of it at least.

    Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed from my first purchase with NewBeauty.

    Newbeauty would have done a much better job by offering the exact same box as last year. 😔

    • I ordered on 7/12 at around 9:45 am EST and got charged on 7/18. I’ve received no tracking as of yet. I’ve been patient but I finally just called and the inconsistencies from CS are ridiculous. I ordered 3 boxes. 2 for myself and one for a co-worker. So after being charged $180 a week ago I think I should see some shipping activity. The first rep said I was charged but saw no shipping and had no way of finding out. That’s insane. I asked for a supervisor who seemed to want to stress I ordered on the 12th but wasn’t charged til the 18th. No ones disputing that. It’s been a week since you charged me $180. I said I want to know if my boxes shipped and I want the tracking info. She said she’d call in 24 hours. Time will tell. Then she said mine and everyone’s boxes shipped last Friday. Ok then. Isn’t that s yes they’ve shipped and all I need is the tracking? I went through so much nonsense with The Beauty Report Box but it turned out okay. They need to get it together though really. I really hope there’s no expired or missing items.

      • After 2 emails to them, over a week apart, I finally got a response. She said my order has shipped and I should be getting tracking info soon. Uh, I don’t believe that. These companies print the shipping labels and usually you get that email before the item is even picked up. IF, in fact, my order was shipped, she would have given me the tracking as much as I’ve stated my displeasure with their bait & switch tactic used for this box and how long its taking to ship when the sign up page made it sound like they will ship quickly.

        I’ll NEVER ever order from this company again. Their sub is out of the question; not even will I consider it anymore. Lack of CS. It’s basically non-existent.

  15. What a marketing disaster! This box would be pretty great except for the deceptive spoiler photos, overstated retail value by including offers as if they were products, misstated shipping date and lack of communication. This is sure to leave many customers feeling they underdelivered on expectations. I believe what they are actually selling would have been well received if expectations were accurately set.

  16. I just called them and was told that orders are still coming in so shipping has been pushed back. I asked her when to expect it or some kind of update on it and she told me to call back in 2 weeks if I don’t have it. Wtf?? I won’t be doing this again! I was considering signing up for their monthly subscription, Test Tube Beauty, but no way am I dealing with this company every month. I was really excited about this but now I’m just disappointed and have lost interest.

    • They are VERY lame…they use very shady practices. I believe the reason they are holding out on shipping any until they sell out or whatever is because they know once the contents of the box are revealed they wouldn’t sell any more.

      • I had high hopes they would try to make there customers happy, but this appears to be the only explanation for the delay

    • I sent them an email and they sent me an email back saying my box was shipped today and not on the eighteenth. They would not tell me what was in the box when I requested verification of what I was told about the inconsistencies in shipment information and what items were in the box

    • No, and my card hasn’t even been charged yet. This is so frustrating. “On or around the 12th” they said. Bunch of l-i-a-r-s.

    • Nope. I see the transaction is pending this morning though. I guess they’re just slow. What a deceitful company, first they post the Dermaflash on IG – making it look like it will be included; it’s not.
      Then when the order page was up, it showed they were to begin shipping the same day! Although, I didn’t think it would actually ship that quickly – but figured it would be pretty quick. Then nope!

      I won’t be buying anything from them again.

    • I sent them 2 emails this week asking about the status of my box but didn’t get reply to either one of them 😏
      When I think how excited I was about this box…

      I’m so tempted to cancel, since all of the excitement is gone.

    • I didn’t. When I called to question them about the box they told me it had already shipped so it was to late to cancel. Today I called because I still haven’t received tracking information and she said the vendors were putting the boxes together. When I told her the other person I talked with said it had shipped she said she had to look at my account closer. Them she said yes it has shipped and she was going to talk the vendors to get me a tracking number with fed ex. Not sure they know what they are telling people. I was think of subscribing for this box now I’m pretty sure I’m not going to.

    I think they should at least put forth the effort of communicating this with us when it comes to billing and shipping.

      • In the past they don’t charge until they ship….and they in the past haven’t began shipping until they sell out or they decide to end it.

        They didn’t come close to being as good as last awards box and then went and increased the price so I will be surprised if it does sell out. Many like me have canceled due to their shady marketing gimmicks and over all lack of.

      • No, none of us have. But I think it has been firmly established that this company does not have a close relationship with the truth.

        What ticks me off is there isn’t even a way for anyone to check the order status. There is no link in the e-mail, just a confirmation number, which is useless. I don’t understand how companies like this stay in business.

  24. So…Idk, how I feel about this box anymore. Unfortunately, I didn’t know about this box last year and wish I had. After discovering this box and doing my research I became extremely excited about what NewBeauty had to offer for this year’s box. I became so excited that I stalked the purchase site until it changed to allow me to make the purchase. I made the purchase before any of the items or pictures were posted.

    • After, the picture was posted and some spoilers were know I became slightly disappointed. After more items were know I became annoyed by the fact that more than one item had absolutely no value to me. (Unfortunately the tan towels can’t help me and the powdered sunscreen isn’t even made in my shade)
      This is a bit of a pet peeve of mine. I currently have 3 beauty subscriptions alone, but make plenty of purchases as a Sephora rogue member. I find it disappointing when a company includes items in a box that are of no use to everyone who purchases it. Granted, not every one is going to absolutely love every item in every box they receive.

      • However, for a company like NewBeauty, where this box is considered their “Super Bowl” it creates quite a bit of precautions when I think about doing business with them in the future. Not to mention the obvious concern for many here when it comes to posting pictures with the 2017 box and items that the company has no intention of sending. Since, I already have a care credit card that also has no value to me.
        Now don’t get me wrong, I haven’t canceled my box because there are four items that I am absolutely in love with. But, if that wasn’t the case NewBeauty would have lost me as a customer.

        I considered canceling 3 times and called customer service a total of twice. This should not happen. When MSA originally posted that Sephora had a new favorites box (Skin Super Foods) I purchased my box in less than 24hrs and t hats the way it’s supposed to be. I saw the items and fell in love with everything. That’s the excitement that should happen when NewBeauty creates a new box.

  26. Did anyone get charged yet? The purchase is still not showing up on my credit card and I am actually really liking this box. I wonder if they did not ship yet to ensure everyone who wants to cancel has enough time to do so?

    • More likely they want to do the ship them all at once so are waiting until they all sell.

    • Last year, New Beauty didn’t charge for about a week or two, which was shortly before they started shipping the boxes. I think they did the same thing with the Beauty Report box that came out in the Spring. I’m thinking that’s what they’ll be doing with this box too. 🙂

  27. I wanted to let everyone know that I called customer service today and she read me every product that was in the box. There will be no skinmedica and no dermaflash. There will be a $40 off coupon. There are exactly 16 items and there will be no more in that. Also there are two offers one for the derma flash and one for a credit card! I canceled my box.

    • Hmm. Liz’s update says 3 offers. Maybe third offer is for Skin Medica? She has not taken Skin Medica off the list although it’s not shown. Also wrong supplement and morrocanoil product listed. Maybe Skin Medica in first 500 boxes? Or variations?

      • I actually did not write them down but going down the list it looks like everything that is in the picture that is on this page. I was really just wanting to know about the skinmedica but as she named them off it sounded like everything that was in the pic. She said it was a total of 16 items and two offers. One of the offers is from care credit card and the other one is from derma flash. I’m sorry I should have wrote them down

        • Hold the phone. Isn’t “care credit” a credit card? These people are seriously trying to get us to sign up for a credit card as part of a box we PAID for?! That is so awful!!!

Like when they send mailers in the mail to sign up for credit cards that we all just through away….how is that even listed as an item?! Unfortunately I ordered two boxes based on the original pictures and now I’m pretty bummed.

    • No. 🙁 On my order confirmation, it said that it would ship on or around the 12th. This is the first time I have ordered one of these boxes. I hope that there is not a history of problems. :-/

  32. I already have a Dermaflash, so I wasn’t worried about getting one, but honestly, they have it pictured on their Instagram post with the link to buy this box. I get that they’re not giving us everything that’s been awarded, but they certainly shouldn’t include photos of those items in spoilers or anything promoting the sale of this box. I bought two and I have no desire to cancel, but I definitely feel disillusioned with this box.

    • Interestingly enough, I just checked the Instagram post from yesterday and they edited it removing the hashtags and the reference to the Beauty Awards Box. You can tell from the early comments on the post that there were a lot of question about the box.

      • and the other instagram pic, the one where they tell someone that there’s no dermaflash, just a $40 off, is now completely deleted……..sketchyyyyy…….

        • Totally….using Instagram with marketing gimmicks. Last years box was a hit with 9 full size items. Then they go and increase the price with a lot less items on top of the marketing gimmick. Very, very, lame.

  33. I think the $60 makes sense because last year at $50 they sold out in like 1-2 days and some people even missed out. Clearly, as a business they mispriced it last year. It makes better sense to charge $60 this year and let it sell over a longer period of time because it still will sell.

    Not sure what the hype is over the Dermaflash.

    • I don’t agree at all. Last years box had 9 full size items and a lower price point. It was a great box. They should have strived for better especially considering that this industry has the highest mark up on product than any other.

      They work directly with the brands and receive SO much for FREE.

      • Last years box was quite impressive and I couldn’t wait for this years. I dont know why these companies dont stive to do more. Instead they build hype, do less and charge more. Just like Allure beauty thrills used to be fantastic now all they do is throw a bx together with repeats and lower quality. If you compare f om the beginning its a joke now.

    • I understand why you question the popularity of the Dermaflash.
      I do have one, and it helps me move a lot of my flaky skin, but I think it is just a fad for most people.
      Also, the replacement heads are a little spendy, as you can’t recharge your handle with a head attached, and once you take the head off you can’t use it again.

      • I’m hoping the $40 coupon is good for refills…that would excite me.

      • Actually, I think this company, Dermaflash, could potentially make a lot more money by putting the device in the boxes. Then we’d all have to keep buying their expensive refills. Kinda like Clarisonic and their $30-40 brushes. The $40 coupon won’t intice me to buy the device!

    • I agree…I don’t see the Skinmedica. To me, the silver tube in the front looks like the Obagi Sun Shield which isn’t showing up on Liz’s list.

  36. Wait, what? From the previous posts, it made it sound like a Dermaflash would be included in the box. This is so misleading!!!

    • Was not misleading if you read the posts thoroughly. It was never stated that the dermaflash, or any of the other products were guaranteed to be in the box. When it was posted yesterday that the box went on sale, along with a picture of what appeared to be the contents of the box, the dermaflash was not shown, and it was advertised that there would be 2 offers, which most people assumed would be for the dermaflash and something else.

      It’s easy for these companies to get people hyped up over high value/demand items and entice them to buy without showing actual contents, especially since last year’s box looked so good (I missed out).

      • New Beauty did post a pic of a few products including the dermaflash with the comment “want these and more” on instagram. I feel it was misleading since new beauty did include a dermaflash previously

    • I never had that impression, but then I read everything carefully. Dermaflash DID win an award, that is why it was in the original post which listed the award winners, and what might be in the box. I think a $40 off coupon is amazing, that’s 20% off, that’s a pretty sweet deal if you ask me!

    • I couldn’t agree more. I let them know too via email. I feel it is misleading to the consumer using a marketing gimmick. I was very much looking forward to this box because last years was so good but I feel in my opinion they let us down with a $10 increase.
      Skin Medica, etc would have been SWEET…..

      Especially since they flopped in the Spring….

    • I agree! They shouldn’t have posted the pic on instagram with the “want these and more” comments. Especially since they included one previously.

    • I ordered some new beauty box a few months ago and I received a free demaflash for being in the first 500…maybe I’m using it wrong but it’s not that great…

  38. My full size guess is colorescience, neocell, chi, grandelash, and obaji…anywhere from $230-$250 depending on what prices are used. I still think that Liz isn’t correct – we are getting obaji instead of the skinmedica

    • I don’t see the Skinmedica in the pictures either.. I’m so sad…

      • I checked with customer service and it definitely is not included in the box! I’m so depressed 😭

  39. I’m guessing the full size will be the Chi, lumene, grandelash, revitabrow and vitamins? Not amazing for $60 but I do like lumene so I’ll be happy to try a new product.

      • i love getting supplements in these boxes, especially full size. do you know how much a lot of these go for?! i spend a ton of money on them, so getting them for free is always a plus. that’s one of the main reasons i was so in love with my C box from a few months ago. i was hoping this box would also include those supplements.

        • They sell for $35 a jar, roughly.

        • In a beauty box? Vitamins and supplements are not anything new and most of them are crap. I personally wouldn’t risk the liability of putting them in any box. I certainly would not take any pills or “supplements” I received in a box.

          I’ve seen enough unsanitary practices in beauty manufacturing and I don’t even work in the industry (or close to it!). I would not risk ingesting anything that got tossed into a box even if you research the manufacturer. It’s not worth your long term health. Cue Spice Girls “Too Much” yes was a teenager when that came out.

    • I sure hope the Revitabrow is full size. My brows haven’t recovered from the 90s….

  40. I cancelled it (happily) and went to purchase the Beauty Indie Expo box instead.

    I went back and forth with that box for a while, because $138 (including S&H) is too much, but after doing my research, I think that box is such a steal so I went ahead and picked that box up. Now I’m actually looking forward to that beauty indie expo box more and more.

The Eminence, Lumene, GrandeLash, SkinMedica, NeoCell, Living Proof, and Epionce are all things I am super excited to try, and I’m thrilled to have a chance to try all these powerful products at such a drastic discount. The Dermaflash talk sounded too good to be true and did not motivate my purchase at all. The extra 10 bucks in cost didn’t surprise me either, but I’m glad to hear at least 5 things are full size, which more than makes up for the price.

    If they throw in the RevitaBrow, I’ll be over the moon.

    • But I don’t see the skinmedica anywhere in the picture. I’ll go from meh to really happy if it’s in the box!

  43. So, I emailed yesterday and asked for clarification on what’s in the box, and received an email back today linking to MSA’s article on LAST year’s box. Weird.

    Seeing this post, I’m a little annoyed. Last year (correct me if I’m wrong, I didn’t get the box last year:

    This year we get less products with slightly higher value but a lot more samples and a lot less full size products. AND paying more.

    I’m not cancelling, but I really wish NewBeauty would’ve done as well as last year. I am holding out hope they’ll surprise us, but I’m definitely not ordering these as gifts like I had intended.

    • I agree with you. They came into this year’s box with a substantial amount of interest based on last year’s box. Yet, they raised the price and have fewer full-sized products. I clearly wasn’t the only person hoping for the dermaflash as the hero item. Is there even a contender for a hero item this year?

      I subscribed early in the morning on tbe 12th before the picture of the actual box contents was posted because I didn’t want to miss it based on the hype and teasers. Now I know better. I’m not gonna cancel, but if this box isn’t as good as last year’s, then I won’t make that mistake again with this company. It’s never good to have customers feeling disillusioned.

      • Yes, they could’ve used that interest and gained a lot more subscribers for their TestTube, too.
        I wasn’t super familiar with the dermaflash until this fiasco, but it is frustrating that it was dangled in front of everyone. And, too, when you work in the beauty industry (I do) you can get the dermaflash at wholesale (or at the very least more than 20% off) so the $40 is insulting. Granted, the majority of the consumer base likely doesn’t work in the industry.

        As for hero item, mine has and always will be Eminence (the Strawbery Rhubarb Dermafoliant in this box). It’s an amazing company and I’m surprised that they were in this box as they usually are a small batch company supplying only to spas. But again, I was hoping for more than the travel size.

        I really hope New Beauty learns from their mistakes here, and listens to us. Disillusioned is a great word for it. After all this headache and stress over a purchase, they should be really glad I didn’t cancel. Any other box I would’ve been out of by now. But I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. Hoping we’re all pleasantly surprised.

        • I can’t wait to get my hand on the strawberry rhubarb, but like you, I’m super bummed they couldn’t deliver a decent sized bottle.

          I’m hopeful this box will be more satisfying than it seems looking at the dreadful pic they provided.

    • I have to agree with Bee. You’re charging me $10 MORE than last year, but I’m getting less somehow?

      The full size items don’t really seem worth the extra money. Plus, NOT getting the Dermaflash seems pretty shady considering it was prominently featured in their ads.

      • Exactly, last year the cost per item based on the box was just over 2.50, not to mention the make up item for the expired product. This year it’s almost 3.75.

        Doesn’t really make me a happy camper. Just hope that they read these comments and learn from their mistake.

    • I was just able to at 6 p.m. EST after only 5 minutes on hold listening to swanky 70’s music. Was helped by a very nice lady who didn’t even ask why I wanted to cancel. Supposed to receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

        • You can email them….I did and they responded back today( the next day) and said that I hadn’t been charged yet and it was canceled. I don’t believe they are charging anyone’s card until they sell out and begin shipping.

          I went through a big fiasco with them, with their spring box and thought that I would give them the benefit of the doubt. WELL, that was obviously a mistake! I’ll never order from New Beauty again! When will I ever learn? How can people run their companies this way? What happened to honesty and integrity? Because I’m beginning to question theirs! How can they trick people into buying their boxes by advertising things that aren’t even in it? For months I have been looking forward to getting this box, but now it is just another in a long line of beauty boxes, not the awesome beauty box that I was really looking forward to.
