Now, on to the items!
John Frieda BEACHBlonde Sea Waves Sea Salt Spray - 1 oz Value $3
Whenever I see the word "Blonde" on a product I'm extra careful to read the ingredients and see if it can work for me. (My middle school days involved Sun In, which turned my brown hair a lovely shade of orange 😉 )
But! The description on the label calls out that this is safe to use for brunettes, too.
The formula smells light and beachy, it adds texture, and it helped make my Beach Waver curls look a little more tousled!
Sinful Colors Nail Polish in Island Coral - FULL SIZE! Value $2
(Colors will vary.)
This coral shade is a high-shine creme.
Here it is on:
That's full coverage in two coats. Pretty quick dry time, too!
Hawaiian Tropic Island Sport Ultra Light SPF 30 - 2 oz Value $2.25
This sunscreen is super lightweight and non-greasy, too. The scent itself is light too - faint and tropical! The only downside for me is that there are a few parabens in the ingredient list. (I try to avoid those when I can.)
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist - 50 ml Value $.65
This is a 3-minute conditioner that provides extra moisture compared to your standard conditioner. I liked the scent, and it left my hair feeling softer. (I probably could have used more and gotten more impressive results, but I'm always worried about overdoing it with these types of products and getting greasy hair for the day!)
NYX Gotcha Covered Concealer in Medium - FULL SIZE! Value $6
I'm pretty impressed with this concealer! The formula reminds me of the IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye Concealer. It provides full-coverage, with an almost tacky finish. (Top it with foundation and/or setting powder.)
Here it is swatched:
It held up all day under my eyes, too. (But if you are looking for a lightweight concealer - this isn't it!)
Schick Hydro Silk Razor - Value $6
(The version of this razor with an additional blade retails for $9.99)
This item alone practically covers the cost of the box!
This razor comes with one removable blade:
I prefer Schick Intuition razor blades, but this is good to keep around as a backup!
Masque Bar Soothing Sheet Mask - Value $3.49
This mask has a subtle fragrance, and it lived up to its soothing name. You're supposed to leave in on for 20-30 minutes. I called it at 15 and was still happy with the results. My skin felt very hydrated after using it!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $24. I think that's great for a $7 beauty box. The NYX concealer was a great product discovery for me, too. I love that they included the full-size version!
