Play! By Sephora June 2017 Box #067 FULL SPOILERS!

Anybody else having a delay getting their box? Mine was due on the 14th. Tracking says it has been at the local post office since the 13th. I’m hoping it comes tomorrow because I have an event this weekend and I was looking forward to using some of it.

Does anyone want to trade? I have box 091 and prefer 042?

I have 059, and I’m thrilled. At one point, l had 5 subs so i could choose the ones I liked best. Now I’m only getting Play and l couldn’t be happier. Although l occasionally got makeup products l liked from the other boxes, many of them were products l wouldn’t repurchase. I like getting hair products because I use them occasionally, not often, and I don’t have to spend money on them. Facial scrubs, too. I have repurchased several Play products and l love the perfume samples. The points are cool, too. The only thing I miss are the makeup brushes. I have begun purchasing sample kits that interest me from both Ulta and Sephora, and individual brands, and I’m always happy with those products. Bottom line, when I get hair and skin care products it allows me to spend my money on more makeup that I really like. Play has been perfect for me for the past few months and l really don’t miss the others.

I’m so sick of getting hair products, despite my profile specifying that I have no use for them. My hair is literally 1″ long, why am I getting sea spray and dry shampoos all the time!!

So does anyone know why my order is saying “out of stock”? I’ve been subscribed for about a year now so it’s not like I’m a new customer…I’m not really excited about most of it but a: I paid for it, and b: I want to try the KVD liquid lip….

Once again I hate my box. Cannot stand KVD and don’t want to ever spend money of her products. I also don’t use any of the items in the box I’m getting. Would have been much happier with literally any other box. I canceled my subscription about a week ago and all this crappy box did was make me realize I made the best decision. So sick of these different boxes.

Heyy swap sisters a little helpful tip about the bonus cards we get each month. I currently have been saving my points and have 1,428 points. You might think wow she spends a lot but I really don’t. Here’s the hack/tip…you can use two cards each purchase so you can get a max of 100 points for any purchase even a $4 Sephora mask. So for example May’s 50 point card doesn’t expire until the end of June so when I get June’s 50 point card I use them together however often I want (can’t use 2 May cards and get 100 points it has to be two different month’s that aren’t expired)…I can go to the mall and buy a cheapish mask (so frugal :P) and get 100 points each time. I go to the Sephora inside JCPenney one since I feel like they don’t know as much but I did have one woman once say “I thought we took those” and I confidently and politely as possible replied “no you don’t” and then she looked on the back and saw no where that says that she is supposed to or that it can only be used once so she scanned both barcodes and handed them back to me and I got my 100 extra points. I know this is long but I thought I should share my clever tip with everyone. 😀

Can someone let me know their profile for the ones getting #067 and #059 since they are practically the same. I am getting #083 which I feel is the opposite of my profile and I’m not too happy about it. So maybe I could change my profile to get a better box for July. Thanks in advance. 😀

I’m getting #67 and I am super happy! The coola setting mist is the only thing I’m not crazy about but everything else fits me very well. I love sea sprays, can always use more dry shampoo, I wanted to try the primer and love the lipstick shade. It’s not perfect but compared to the other boxes this is the best one for me. I am loving Play!

I’m so glad I read these comments!! I’m looking into a new sub box. FFF is not for me anymore. Looks like I will pass on this one, and keep searching.

This is my first month of Play by Sephora, and tbh I’m super disappointed. I got box #042, but the only thing of any interest at all to me in that is the Porefessional

#1 Why would I want “hair and body oil” when I already have extremely oily hair and skin????

#2 Not a big fan of products with coconut oil since coconut oil is generally comedogenic, and
I already have terribly large and blocked up pores. Also, I guess the coconut gel is for hair and as I said before I already have really oily hair??? I don’t need a moisturizer for it.

#3 Really dislike that lipstick shade.

Not sure if this is a subscription that I want to keep up after this incoming box.
Just from the descriptions of the products it seems like they didn’t even bother taking my skin type and hair type and everything into account even though they had me fill out all of those questions about them. Everything just seems so thrown together.

This is my box and it arrived today. I have very short hair, so beachy waves aren’t happening in my life. Put that and the Versace aside for a friend. Overall, I’m happy with the box. And that’s rare for me and Sephora. 🙂
Can always use a dry shampoo and the pore reducer looks promising.

My box shows still to be in progress.Is that normal since other people have already received theirs? It’s my first play so I don’t know when to expect it.

Am I missing something? My box is 075 and the instagram link is blank for me. Can someone pretty please post the contents. Every month without fail I am in the last group of boxes sent out so any spoilers get me through the waiting period lol

I’m box 075, I love 075…. I already have the perfum, just need to buy another bottle. The perfum is one of the best. I use to sell a lot of it at Nordstrom. I’m happy with my 075

42 has 2 very similar hair products and 2 face primers. Not a good variety compared to the other boxes. 😔

Why are #067 and #059 the same besides the perfume? Sephora has never done that before.

Very happy with 42 but damn 75 is even better! Still, this is the best box I’ve gotten from Play in a while.

The open box kinda looks like a Birchbox and not a Sephora Play.

O67 is my box. Would have rather had 083 or 042 but whateva.

Now that I have my box numbers straight …I’m going to head to swaps to find box 067 or 059.

Normally I don’t complain about Sephora Play but what is a straight, thinning hair girl to do with the Briogeo Curl Charisma?! And that purple lipstick color just look awful. Not to mention the self tanner pad. Ugh. I regret updating my credit card info.
