The box came with a booklet that described each item and how to use it. This month had six items.
Lux Sakura Dream Body Soap
Since my skin is pretty sensitive, I didn’t want to try this on my whole body so I opted to just wash my hands with this soap. This was very nice in fact. I liked the smell, it wasn’t too floral smelling. It also made my hands very soft!
My Melody BB Cream
This BB cream definitely felt more like a foundation than a traditional BB cream. It was also pretty dark and not as light as a typical BB. The cream also appears to have a little shimmer to it or maybe that’s my eyes.
Soy Milk Yogurt Face Mask
I have never used a mask like this one and I am now convinced that I need to again...and soon! Not only was this cooling on my skin, but it was also super soft. When I took it off the directions said to just rub it in, but it was a little too much for that so I did end up rinsing it off. The overall effect was still reached though and my skin felt amazingly soft and fresh.
Tansan Kakumei Carbonated Water Face Mask
Okay guys, this was totally weird and also really cool. So the thing is, I did not read the directions for this so I ended up pouring in both packets into a bowl instead of just a little sprinkle. That being said, when I put my face in the bowl, it burned more than I think it should have. In fact, I would go so far as to say it should not have burned. I was only able to keep my face in it for a few seconds and my face was definitely red when I looked in the mirror. It went away immediately and the directions actually said that redness could happen. All in all, though, my skin did feel great afterward.
Rilakkuma Bath Ball
So because it was around 80 degrees in my apartment when I went to try this bath bomb, I decided to just soak my feet in this instead of taking a full hot bath. It was very nice even though my feet just enjoyed it. The smell was sweet and definitely smelled like honey which was very nice.
My feet were very soft when I took them out and when the whole bath ball has disintegrated you find a super cute little surprise. This adorable bear laying down! Cute.
Natural Konjac Sponge For Facial Wash
This little sponge was kind of weird when you take it out of the packaging, but I think I just feel that way because I didn’t expect it to already be wet. The directions say you can either just use this sponge on its own or you can use it with a face wash. I used this with my favorite face wash and it was pretty great! It slightly exfoliated, but it wasn’t as rough as a traditional exfoliant. Will definitely be using this one again!
Verdict: This month’s Kira Kira Crate was really nice! I have never tried this box before, but this is definitely a good one. It’s pretty awesome that you receive full-size items in this box instead of samples like most others. My favorite product in this box was the Natural Konjac Sponge, I just know I will use this a ton! I would definitely try this box again.
