Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Graze offers over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences. I spent some time choosing preferences, noting which options I wanted to try, think I would like, or "trash" and prefer not to receive. That being said, your Graze box may look completely different!
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to "trash" snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

This pamphlet enclosed has a bunch of coupons and deals listed on the front, but on the back are the nutritional facts for each product. Now, I am certainly not someone who ever looks at that stuff (maybe I should), but if you do, then this is very helpful information.
Popping Corn (Twist of Black Pepper), 1 oz. - Value $1.50 (Buy a 6 count pack for $8.99)
Popcorn is one of my all time favorite foods, to begin with, so I knew I would like this one. I have never had it with pepper, but this was really good. The pepper wasn’t too strong but did add a little something extra to a slightly salty popcorn.
Lemon Drizzle Flapjack, 1.9 oz. - Value $1.50 (Buy a 6 count pack for $8.99)
I am one of those people who really likes the lemon sandwich cookies you can get from various grocery stores and convenience stores. A lot of people might think that’s weird, but if you don’t, then you will love these lemon drizzle flapjacks. These tasted just like those lemon cookies, but they were a soft and chewy mini granola bar with that same flavor. So good! One of my faves from this box.
Booster Seeds, 1.3 oz. Value - $1.16 (Buy a 6 count pack for $6.99)
These were good. There's nothing too special about them, but they were good. They are a simple selection of pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds. No salt or added flavor, just plain and simple seeds. A good snack for an energy boost!
White Chocolate with Wild Blueberry Toasts , 0.9 oz. - Value $1.16 (Buy a 6 count pack for $6.99)
These seemed like they should actually be cookies, but they were little blueberry toasts. This is definitely something I would throw in my bag for an afternoon sweet treat with coffee. Very good!
Zesty Protein Lift, 0.725 oz. - Value $1.50 (Buy a 6 count pack for $8.99)
A combination of black beans, black-pepper-and-lemon broad beans, and kale has 6 grams of protein and also tastes really good! I have never had toasted black beans, but man, are they good. They are crunchy and toasty and definitely something I would try again. The flavor was sort of ranch-like to me, but not quite the same.
Eleanor’s Apple Crumble, 1.1 oz. - Value $1.50 (Buy a 6 count pack for $8.99)
This mix is a combination of soft apple pieces, raisins, and cinnamon honey almonds...a.k.a. all delicious things! This was sweet yet simple. I really liked this one as a morning pick-me-up snack.
Pepper Protein Crunch, 0.725 oz. - Value $1.50 (Buy a 6 count pack for $8.99)
Lucky for me, this pepper protein crunch also has toasted black beans! This mix also has beet chips, carrot chips, and black pepper almonds. The beet and carrot chips tasted just like you would imagine them—the same as their raw state, but a little less intense. The black pepper almonds were a little spicy, but not too bad. This was a pretty solid mix!
Lemon Almond Cookies and Tea Multipack, 0.8 oz. - Value $1.50 (Buy a 6 count for $8.99)
Like I said earlier, I like lemon cookies, and I also love almond-flavored desserts. As you can imagine, I found these to be delicious! They are light shortbread cookies with a mild lemon flavor and bits of almond mixed in. I am not a huge fan of tea, but black tea is usually pretty good. This tasted like your basic black tea, so I jazzed it up with some honey and milk.
The last item in this box is this card with information about the Hello Fresh subscription box and a coupon for $30 off your first box.
The Verdict: The approximate value of this box is $11.32 with the cost of the box being $13.99 plus free shipping. I think given the free shipping, this box is pretty on par. The thing about this box is that it is just small samplings of snacks, but that’s sort of the point. The portions are actually snack size! I liked most everything in this box, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, these snacks are healthy too! I would definitely try this one again.
