Did anyone else get a rancid-smelling LipSurgence? I ordered Glitzy and I’m thinking maybe the soybean oil has gone bad. There’s no expiration date, just a code on the packaging.

Well, after seeing a post on here Wednesday about Tarte having that custom bag, I made a tarte account and when you sign up for emails, they give you 10%.
So, yesterday, I didn’t even check this website yet. I ordered my items and i used my 10% code that i got for being a newmember to tarte.com.
They better not cancel my bag……

I’m confused because everyone is using this $10 off code, which I didn’t, so I emailed Tarte and they said this isn’t eligible for any discount codes. I’ve also been seeing people say something about their order being cancelled if they used the code? What’s the deal?

I used same code for three of my bags, two of them already shipped. They are welcome to cancel, but two bags are already on their way to my house. What worries me is that i used same account to buy two bags, and it says “one per customer”. First bag is shipped but second is not, I hope they wont cancel my second bag due to “one per customer”

For those worried they missed out, it looks like they do this deal at least twice a year based on a quick search on this website. Once around Mother’s Day and then once in the Fall.

I got the unicorn bag, actually. Not really into the color purple, so I did like it better than the solid purple one. Really would have loved that gold one, though. It also looks bigger.

I ordered at 6:30 and was able to get what I wanted. One bag was sold out but I don’t really care which bag I got. A lot of stuff has sold out since then. I was thinking of ordering a second kit for my niece.

At least it was only makeup bags. I’m happy with the purple one I got this morning. I was able to snag mine at 6am, and I’m really happy with everything I got. Hoping it is all as gorgeous in person as I imagine it to be!

I did the same. Emailed them and they said you can’t alter but they could cancel my order. So I checked and saw everything was available. Emailed them, and had my order cancelled and then reordered the same stuff with the lipstick I wanted.

LOL, I’m with you on that one. I was proud of myself for not purchasing a 2nd bag….and then I moved on to Sephora and bought a bunch of things on sale. I can’t seem to stop myself.

Hmm, other than the 2 new bags, I don’t see anything that wasn’t there when I ordered at 8:45am EST this morning. In fact, there are fewer options for the blush (the airblush marajuca is gone).

Yea. The Tartiest, quench one and the Amazon butter were not there when I ordered my bag. It might have been a glitch vs them adding more items because my friend (who ordered before I did) got the tartiest. The clay eye liner didn’t show up for me this morning either.

The stuff that isn’t showing up sold out hours ago. The tartiest, the drench and the Amazon butter lippies were on there this morning at 8:30 am. If they were gone in the evening no surprise there- they were sold out.
The only change I see from this morning was the addition of the 2 bags. Two are tall and wide, two are short and wide. Appear to be same size/volume. They’re makeup bags, not purses. I looked several times, and the bags were never discounted online- they weren’t there.
Don’t panic if you missed something- this was a good deal!
Anyone who wanted something in particular that sold out could have looked in the sale section. Several items were in there after they sold out for picks with the bag, probably when they ran low. Some still are available on sale separately.

They did not add anything else as far as I can see. On a contarary, some products available in the morning are no longer listed as option to chose which I assume means those got sold out.
I am personally OK with Tarte adding two make up bags. I would pick the unicorn one anyway 🙂
