Summer 2017 Box of Style – Last Day for Customization!

I got the black shades but am wishing I had ordered the tortoise – let me know if anyone would like to swap!

This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I cancelled on April 29th and they confirmed on May 1st that I wouldn’t be charged. What did they just do? They charged me $100. I don’t want the kimono and I wear prescription sunglasses so I don’t want those either. I’ll be disputing the charge and requesting a new card should they try to be slick and charge me in the Fall.

Still can’t pick, even tried the link they sent on Instagram. My account shows as on hold even though they had no problem taking the money out of my account on Tuesday. No response to email or my message to them through social media. Maybe this is a sign that it’s time to cancel. Seems like the custom items quality isn’t there. They’ve had to send me replacements 3 times for defective items.

Woo! I just signed up and picked the tortoise. It was tough, though! They’re both pretty. 🙂

I like them both. Help me choose please! I have sunglasses in tortoise shell and black already but neither in cat-eye style. I am in my late 30’s and wear mostly light colors in the summer. I am pale with blond hair. Which do you think look good? Which do you think would work the best for me?

I have to say that the 2 spoilers, are not pushing me to get one, especially because most likely in june/july they will give $30 off for non members. So, I am still confused why they always reward people at the end with box of style.

Add me to the list for annual members who can’t customize. AND when I went on the site to try again today, I see they they have a pending charge for $350, when my sub doesn’t expire/renew until after the summer box. I am very unhappy. Given the fact that customer service still hasn’t responded to my email from last week about customization I’m not feeling like they’re going to be prompt about the billing issue. I hope that I am wrong.

Argh! I was waiting to see what else would be in the box before I ordered. I would definitely want the black shades if I did order, but I need more time. I didn’t know there would be a cut-off date. Guess I’ll just have to wait and miss the chance to choose.

They pulled the payment out of my account on Tuesday and for some reason mine order shows on hold, so I can’t pick anything. Contacted them about this and have not heard back. Surprised to see this, I hope their mistake doesn’t keep me from picking what I want. Also, someone I know who gets the box was not notified about a selection neither, she only knew because I told her and she was able to pick her glasses. I’m not annual, but have been a subscriber since the first box.

I was able to select my shades a while back, although I never got an email prompting me to do so. I knew I could because I saw it posted on here!

Mine isn’t giving me the option to customize nor can I get a response from CS. It says order completed. 🙁

I was surprised to see this email today as “last day” considering they have not sent me one word about customization and I had even logged in and checked a few days ago to see if I could and the option was not available. Regardless it was fast so I took care of it-but side eye to their marketing/CS. I am an annual member.
