My box includes detail cards for each item included, too.

Now, onto the items:

JTC Fashion Accessories Beach Towel - Value $30

(This item is from Style Lust Shop, which also provided a 20% off coupon code.)

This beach blanket roundie is about 59 inches wide.

The fabric is similar in weight to the FabFitFun roundie (this isn't a terrycloth towel you can dry off with), but the material has a much different feel. It's 50% cotton, 50% viscose, and it has more of rayon feel.

At first, I thought this was a weird fabric choice for a beach blanket, but it definitely will prevent any sand from getting through!

Rose Gold Aviators - Value $15?

(These aren't branded, so I'm guessing on value.)

I LOVE me some gold aviators, but I prefer a fully mirrored lens. (AKA - I can skip doing any eye makeup and no one will know.)

So, these aren't a good fit for me, but I do love the look. (I'll be passing these along to a friend.)

Dr. Fedorenko True Organic Sun Stick SPF 30 - Value $24

This natural sunscreen is made with zinc oxide (the SPF), and lots of other natural and organic ingredients. The blend of oils and butters made this formula melt into my skin. (And I was skeptical given that it looks kind of chalky in the tube.)

The one downside of this SPF is that it was still a little greasy even after rubbing it in.

Mavi Bandz Headband – Retail Value $15 (On Sale for $13)

This headband is great for a few reasons:

  1. It has a non-slip lining.
  2. It has an adjustable band so you don’t have to worry about it being too tight/loose.

Most headbands are usually a little tight on me, so this is perfect!

This pattern wouldn't be my first choice. (But my first choice isn't very exciting - I'd pick all black.)

The color/pattern doesn't matter, though. These headbands are my go-to for beauty masks!

Tweexy - Value $10

This is a wearable nail polish holder! You pop the nail polish in the top, then place it on two of your fingers for a stable hold.

It's a pretty slick design, but I have to admit, I've never felt the need for one of these products. I'm usually painting my nails at my desk or a countertop, so I always have a stable place for the nail polish bottle. So now I'm wondering, am I missing something about how most people paint their nails?

Verdict: This box has a value of about $92. That's pretty good for a smaller indie box considering the cost of the box -$59.98 ($49.99 + $9.99). And I love that they only feature products from women entrepreneurs and women-owned or operated businesses. (And nothing in this summer box felt like a filler item, either.)

I’ve wondered the same thing about those nail polish holders – and I’d be afraid of smudging a nail while taking it off…cute box though, I love the print of the towel!

With my clumsy nature, I would probably geture with the hand the holder is on, and dump nail polish everywhere.
