Their CS is the worst. I went in to try and update my payment for the summer box and accidentally created a new acct so I ended up being charged twice. When I contacted them for a refund they said they were sorry but don’t issue refunds and when I asked if they could possibly apply the 2nd payment to the fall box they apologized again and said no. SO now it appears I am getting 2 summer boxes which I am not happy about. I love Rachel Zoe box of style but the customer service stinks and they don’t even have a number to call. I can understand the issue if they already shipped them but that’s not the case so I don’t see why I can’t either get a refund or have the payment applied to the fall box

I would be willing to buy your second box. If you could update shipping info to my address, I could pay you through PayPal. I really don’t want to subscribe because of all the hassle with cancelling and I only want this one box. Let me know if you want to do that!

so fr this box is almost identical to last summer’s box. except I liked last year’s cover up way more than this year’s “bathrobe”

Like BOS but their “Customer Service” is abysmal! They charged me almost $15 in sales tax and never responded to me as to why and/or offer a refund of the charges.
I also feel the purse sent with the spring box was not great quality. Where did they come up with the value of $200+? But loved the water bottle, the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder and Butter nail polish!

Ugh. I ordered the spring box on May 10th, which they charged me for but I’ve never received and there is no easy way to call them. I’ve also already been charged for the summer box but was not given an option to select the eyeglasses color and was charged full price. I love these boxes but the customer service is really poor.

Carly….. been there, suffered through that…….. I went to their FB page and posted a random comment on their latest post…..this was after two weeks of emails and being totally ignored…. within an hour and a half, my account was cancelled, per my request ….. so, I would suggest you do the same…. CS sucks at Zoe unless you enlist help…. 🙁

That is so frustrating! I don’t want to cancel but I would like the spring box, since I paid for it. And I don’t think offering discounts during pre-sale is cool unless you’re going to discount your subscribers, too!
