The front of the info card features a great mantra.
On the back of the card, information about each product is detailed. It looks like this month’s contents will support the 7th crown chakra!
Quintessentials Sahasrara Essential Oil Blend – Listed Value $35
This month’s essential oil is Sahasrara, which is Sanskrit for “Thousandfold.” It is a blend of organic petitgrain, tulsi, and palo santo oils and smells woodsy and slightly spicy. The tulsi is also known as “holy basil” and this scent is very apparent. This is definitely my least favorite essential oil that I have received from BuddhiBox so far, but I appreciate its purpose: “encourage the understanding of our true nature, cosmic consciousness, and mastery of discernment.”
Selenite Crystal – Listed Value $10
What a beautiful crystal! The selenite is substantial, at about 3″ long. There is fine and linear texture throughout the crystal, which is very shiny and smooth in some spots, and rough and chalky in other. I’m a newbie when it comes to crystals but I will absolutely hold this at my heart during morning meditation, which BuddhiBox suggests. It “can be beneficial to help relieve any stress or anxiety you may be feeling. It can also be placed in your home to aid the removal of negativity.”
Sage, Cedar, and Lavender Smudge Stick – Listed Value $3
Smudging is something else new to me, and so intriguing! I received a 4″ Shaman Native American smudge stick, which was sustainably harvested. The bundle burned clean and I enjoyed the blend of sage, cedar, and lavender scents together. The goal is for the smoke to “wander and clear the energy of your sacred space.”
Pranayums Daily Super Spice Shots, 2- 1.5g. packets – Total Value $2.20 (buy a 30-day supply for $32.99)
Each packet contains a “blend of organic turmeric, organic black pepper, organic cardamom, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic licorice root, and other spices.” I haven’t quite jumped on the Tumeric train, but I’m super intrigued to try it, to aid in potential arthritis down the road. As soon as I opened the first package, there was a bright citrusy smell, likely from the ginger. The blend is the color marigold you would expect from Tumeric and I didn’t taste overpowering spice at all! I enjoyed these and although pricey, would definitely consider the 30-day supply. I drink a smoothie every morning and this has already made a great addition to them!
The Dreaming Yogi Meditation – Listed Value $10
Unlike recent months, BuddhiBox included a small card promoting the mediation that is digitally included in this box. This month’s guided meditation is again created by Meli – The Dreaming Yogi. After subscribing to her mediation, you are taken to a Meli’s Youtube channel, which I am really excited about. Yes, I regularly go to mediation classes, but I quickly forget what I’m taught and this resource is great for in between sessions! I love this aspect to BuddhiBox Essential Oils so much!
Verdict: I am such a fan of the BuddhiBox Essential Oils box! For $15.95, I received $60.20 worth of products this month, along with resources that encourage healthy living and specifically balance the 7th crown chakra. I will use all of the products and really excited about the Praynayum spice blend packets and mediation! There is a lot of value here, especially if you are looking for a holistic or more natural approach to your health, enjoy yoga and meditation, and/or are looking to learn how to apply these approaches to your daily life.
