Almost forgot about this! We should get a replacement this month. It’s Norbert showing on my list of items, any idea what we are getting? Like all the same thing or different products at random? Hope it’s good!

I received the dry shampoo and was totally wowed by this e-mail & level of customer service! I mean, they even describe how to safely dispose of the product and apologize for not being able to include an extra product in May’s bag. Impressed.

I don’t get Ipsy but based on their handling of this situation I want to subscribe. This is what good customer service looks like. Bad things will occasionally happen. It is how a company handles a set back that matters.

Ipsy has amazing customer service, glossybox is horrid, they owe me 3 missing boxes….but would rather be smartasses then help.

Completely agree! They handled the situation with speed and class. I took a break from Ipsy for about a year, but I’m happy to be back. There are some boxes out there I would be interested in trying, but the bad service reputation is a hard one to overcome!

I’d just email them and say you cancelled, but would like a replacement product. Their customer service is amazing, quick & they’re so nice!!!
