We have a spoiler for the April 2017 Emma & Chloe box! The featured designer this month is Coralie de Seynes.
After graduating from ESMOD Paris, Coralie spent three years at Hermes with Jean-Paul Gaultier and decided in January 2009 to create her own brand. She’s worked with Bonpoint and won the Jewelry Style Competition in 2011, and today she sells her products in several outlets around the world. I did not want the necklace and I am very happy with my bracelet choice. 😏

what necklace?

I have also had a good customer service experience. I was told that the March necklace was out of stock due to high demand because of the $1 deal, which makes sense. They gave me the choice of picking from three past boxes (which I did) or having April be my first box for $1. I don’t think they are “scamming” anyone, so I’m not quite sure what that comment was about.

Weighing in-excellent customer service, beautiful costume pieces, I am extremely pleased with the company, and would and do recommend them frequently. I have been stopped multiple times to be asked about pieces I am wearing. They are unique, and for me, a great deal!

My experience with their customer service has been excellent. Last month’s necklace arrived tangled and broke once while wearing it and then again when untangling it after it tangled again due to it being broken. I emailed them and they sent out another which should be here in a few days. Our email communication was very pleasant and they were responsive.

I think it speaks a lot for their customer service that they come here to read comments and take the time to address them. I don’t have first hand knowledge of their CS as a subscriber, though, because I’ve been on the fence about subscribing. I’ve been interested for several months, but have not found any pieces wow me enough to sub yet. I do love delicate jewelry, which is why this company interests me.

After reading the comments, I just want to say that I’ve had an amazing experience with Emma & Chloe’s customer service. They’re super responsive and have fixed all situations immediately. The pieces are great for the most part, too (I have 5). I just cancelled cuz I have too many pieces to go through but wouldn’t hesitate to resubscribe.

I had no idea and took the deal earlier this month and was expecting this months necklace but I guess I’ll have to wait and find out tomorrow!

Some very cool things in Coralie de Seynes’s line. I’m guessing we’ll get a bracelet.

Please beware! They offered a $1 deal last month then “ran out” of the featured necklace. They offered new subscription old inventory they were trying to fob off while adding the featured necklace to the for sale section of the store! Very shady and bait and switch tactics, made no effort to make amends.

We ran out of the Necklace in the US and offered a few customer to received another (higher value) piece in case they didn’t want to wait any longer while receiving more necklaces from France.
Apologies if we set the wrong expectations – we are working hard to offer a consistent quality experience – please share any feedback with us as they really help improving the service!
Have a great day

Hmmmm...
Hmmm, that’s strange… I was NOT told that more necklaces would be arriving from France at a later date, nor was I given the option to wait for the promised necklace…I was told my only options were to either choose one of 3 previous items, or wait and start my subscription with the April piece. Waiting for more necklaces to arrive wasn’t one of the choices!
This definitely felt like a bait and switch, and was not a great way to start my first month with your sub. 🙁

So help me if it’s another long delicate necklace, I’ll scream!

haha Joanna, I agree. I’m not dainty enough I think 😉 I hope its a bracelet, I’ve loved their past bracelets. That’s when I like to be classy haha

Why do they offer these $1 teasers if they don’t have inventory? Or worse, as they did with the last one , SAY they ran out to fob off old inventory on new customers while listing the item they allegedly “ran out of” on the store sale? Be very of this offer!!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their CS. I was about to cancel due to some issues with the first few boxes (breakage, stuff that happens) but they were very helpful and it kept me going. I’m hoping this month’s is a win. But if you haven’t heard back or if you’re worried about a bait and switch I wouldn’t be. I wish all CS was this good.

Hi there, we indeed ran out of inventory in the US at the end of March do to the success of the $1 offer. This is why we offered a few customers to either receive another piece of higher value, start their membership with the April box, or wait another few days since we would ship the piece directly from France.
Would love to hear more if the process wasn’t clear enough or if you’d like to share your feedback about the pieces or your experience with Emma&Chloe > [email protected]
Thank you
