That lip kit is much better than the BOGO box offer I had. The free box had multiple products for thick, curly hair, even though that is the exact opposite of my hair, and I had filled out the beauty profile entirely.

So I used the code for the free eye palette last month and never received it (certainly didn’t ship with my box). Anyone else get their palette? Or any other free gift promised upon subscribing?

The code wasn’t working for the palette so I reached out to them and they sent it separately.
I actually received the palette before receiving the box.

My friend got hers. It was in the bag. It’s a small palette. Go on their website and look for the chat symbol. I just browse the site and it pops up. They should send you the palette if the code was put in. Birchbox makes a lot of mistakes.
