I’ve found that most non-monthly boxes have windows rather than the set dates like the monthly ones. I do find it disappointing that if your going to have an Easter item in it, you should probably have it shipped before Easter. Even if they would have hit their mid-April target, almost no one would have received it before Easter.
This will be the 3rd box my wife has received and they all are pretty awesome. It’s worth the wait, it’s just a frustrating wait especially when you get charged mid-March

Their website has the following seasonal shipping schedule listed: mid April (spring), mid July (summer), mid October (fall), mid December (winter).

This was pulled from our bank accounts some time ago, more than a month ago. I order for my 9 yr old daughter, she has asked asked everyday about her box since March. I AM SICK OF HEARING IT. Yes, I agree with the first commenter, at least keep us updated. This is ridiculous.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I’ve muttered “just ship the freaking box already! I need my Pusheen!!” In all seriousness though it’s not great to include a holiday-specific item if it won’t be delivered on time. I didn’t pick up an Easter Pusheen because of the spoiler so I’m a little disappointed.
It feels like there’s no set shipping schedule. If it’s seasonal, wouldn’t that mean 4x/year, as in every 3 months? We got the last box in Dec so…I’d say this is just a little bit behind a reasonable shipment interval. When shipping keeps slipping to the left it’s at least a good idea to keep subscribers informed, versus continuing to try selling more boxes before shipping. Did I mention I want my Pusheen already?!?! 😽

How did you get a shipping label tracker? I just checked my account and it says unfulfilled but I paid for an annual subscription back in February. That can’t be right… wahhh!!

via FedEx shipping manager. It shows Isaac Morris Ltd. You can even see what size they are shipping. I noticed my size was incorrect even though I changed it two boxes ago so I wrote to them. They said they can’t change it as it had been processed. Seems like they had plenty of time since it was almost a month ago. Hopefully I can swap anything that’s the wrong size. They did tell me they would exchange anything that doesn’t fit.

It means the box hasn’t been fully processed or shipped yet, nothing to do with the subscription itself
