I literally just got this email about these items today. Were these even available?

Seems like Ipsy better get their act together. Every time i go in to check for some point goodies they are sold out. Disappointing. Maybe they should have more stuff to stock especially if it goes so quick. I may ditch this box soon.

I did email them and they told me all I could do was follow them on Facebook to get alerts when they do add more rewards. Well I don’t use Facebook. So.

Not being able to redeem my points in the 6 months I’ve been getting Ipsy is really getting old and is putting a very bad taste in my mouth towards this company. It’s very unprofessional to put out “rewards” that only a small percentage of customers can actually get. This will be my last month for Ipsy.

Same. I have almost a thousand points &they’ve been useless for months.

Agreed I have over 1500 points, I have NEVER found ANYTHING not sold out, and I have points expiring, how is this fair?

Obviously Ipsy has too many customers and not enough rewards. I am never fast enough to catch a reward and some points are expiring next month. It’s just not cool and becoming very frustrating. I think I might contact them about it. I don’t want to seem petty/rude because their customer service is awesome…but seriously. We all earn the points so they should have more products in stock and NOT let points expire!

This. I am so fed up with the BS rewards. I’ve been sitting on 500 points all month waiting for something with an equal value to pop up and then they sell out immediately? Ugh.

I totally agree and if it wasn’t for MSA, I wouldn’t know there is stuff you can redeem your points for…better yet there WAS stuff

I just can’t win with these. I have 700 points because I just am not fast enough! They’re not even worth earning at this point. So frustrating.

Wow. Everything sold out in what, 3 hours?! I have 95 points expiring on April 18. I just want to spend them on ANYTHING at this point. I hope they come out with more in the next 2 weeks.

Sold out already?! I just got home from my daughters soccer practice and saw this… I could cry!!! Really really wanted a couple of things! 🙁

Ugh. Finally some awesome rewards, and of course I don’t have enough points. I wanted that Ofra liquid lipstick sooo badly! They really shouldn’t make these rewards so expensive.
Also…anyone notice how they changed the Clearista gel? Before it was full size (4.0 ounces) and 300 points. Now it’s up to 400 points, yet the size is only 0.5 ounces! Did they really think no one would notice the discrepancy???

Emily – I noticed that right away about the clearista! I got excited when I saw it and then I zoomed in to check the size and saw it was 0.5 oz! WOW. SO crappy. I was tempted to get the pacifica eyeshadow but I think im going to hold off for something better.

Ugh, If only that Dr. G BB cream wasn’t so tiny for 400 points!!! I would almost consider a 2nd bag just for the points…

That is my FAVORITE! I’ve found you can get it full-size on Amazon for a (more) reasonable price than elsewhere.
