Each box comes with a booklet detailing the month’s products and prices. Art of Organics’ theme this month is “Cleanse” and the full-size products are about facial cleansing. The beautiful watermelon print on the booklet was done by illustrator and designer Zoe Wodarz from Minnesota.
Oille Watermelon + Pineapple Organic Pre-Cleansing Serum (0.5 oz.) – Value $12.00
This pale yellow facial serum is to be used in conjunction with the cleansing milk as part of a two-step process. First apply the pre-cleansing serum massaging it in with your fingertips or a cotton pad to remove makeup. It smells like fresh bright lemons from the lemon oil and also contains watermelon seed oil, pineapple enzymes, vitamin E and sweet orange oil. It removed my stubborn eye makeup like a champ.
Oille Watermelon + Sea Salt Organic Facial Cleansing Milk (4 oz.) – Value $72.00
The cleansing milk is the second step of the two-part process. It’s to be massaged into skin on top of the serum and the pre-cleansing serum and then rinsed off. Lightly pat dry and enjoy the bright soft skin left behind. The cleansing milk is light and milky with a pleasant herbal scent. My skin was left feeling incredibly soft, scented and not at all greasy.
Oille Passion Fruit + Bamboo Organic Hair Volumizing Serum – Listed Value $5.00
I have oily hair so I used this on serum on my daughter’s hair instead. This volumizing serum can be applied on wet hair, and then washed out. Or it can be used on dry hair to fight frizz and fly-aways which is how I used it. Her hair was much more manageable and it smelled divine.
Verdict: This month’s Clean Beauty Box value is $89 which I’m very happy with. I am so happy with all three products this month. Another homerun for Clean Beauty Box this month! I highly recommend this subscription for anyone who loves high-end skin care products from indulgent, natural brands!

Spoiler alert you guys. On instagram they put up one of the products of the multi-brand April box and it’s

So if you also get Beauty Hero’s you’re going to be all clay and honey masked out 🙂 But I love smelling like honey so slather me up haha.
As a skincare junkie, I could *never* be masked out! 😀
Anyone else wish they didn’t love a 79$ cleanser so much? I would like one of those giant water dispensers full of this to just leave in the corner 🙂
Haha…. that’s why I sub to similar boxes like Art of Organics… I’d prefer not to pay full price for an item like this, so I’m usually guaranteed to get some high quality, and usually very expensive items, for a pretty nice discount through these boxes. 🙂
I love Art of Organics. I wish they would do a Limited Edition box with all the favorites from the past year. I would so pay for that!!! Maybe around holidays, they can have a gifting box. The packaging is so nice and every item I have received from them has been completely used up. I would gladly purchase at full price if I wasn’t drowning in product overload.
I love the idea of a limited edition box!
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this subscription box(well, I guess I can tell you!),I have been subbing for about 6 months and have had two snafus. Both boxes were fixed within the week. This box I used immediately as I was out of face cleanser. So, I guess they has ESP too! The pre-serum is delish but, I got it in my eye this morning and have had a weepy eye ever since. So, if you have sensitive eyes like me, I wouldn’t use it has an eye make up remover. The milk had a lovely oatmeal, borage, almond scent and made my skin smooth and soft, which is hard to do on 40 year old skin. I just wish they had an option to purchase a larger box with more items. This is the one box, I’d be willing to pay for extra bonus items. Just a thought AoO.
That’s good to hear, my brother sent me this box as a gift to cheer me up (as a one time purchase) and the cleanser was spilled all over the box 🙁 the bottle was over half empty. He emailed customer service and I sure hope they can help!
Based on my experience, Art of Organics has such great customer service. I’m sure they’ll just send a whole new box as a replacement. 🙂
Hi Anna,
You can always email them this link, with your address. They’ll fix it for you.
They have great customer service. Make sure you save the box and the bottle, take pictures of them.
Thank you all for the responses, customer service took care of this issue right away. I am so impressed with how well everything was handled and a replacement is on its way to me. What a great sub box company!
Interesting about the eye sensitivity, almost everything I use makes my eyes burn, even organic and essential oil scented, but this oil is PERFECT for me. It’s the only thing I’ve found in a year that I can use on my eyes without even tearing up. Sensitivities are so odd.
