I do love that wrap dress, but I agree that the last year or so a lot of their stuff looks like things my mom wore in the early 90’s.

There clothes have been really bad for about a year or more now. I will admit though I received an email a little over a week back stating I could pick out a pair of skinnies and get matched with a top for just $59 I decided to take a chance and the outfit was a winner. I also had a $20 credit that I could use towards my purchase (Bonus!) Now mind you that I didn’t initially receive this stellar outfit it was AFTER I had to contact them for sending me skinnies and a maxi?? Did I click the wrong email or what?!? They stated that since I liked long maxis in my profile they would send that, forget what the email stated AND the fact I live in Indiana and a maxi is just too seasonally challenged at this point. So if you are ordering be very distinct in your style profile. I think that it is ridiculous that you have to update your profile with every order to ensure that you get what you want, isn’t this the stylists job? However, their customer service was stellar and they sent a return label to send the maxi back and they sent a perfect top to go with my skinnies and a follow up from my stylist to see how I liked things. I think they have great customer service and a concept but those styles need to be worked on in order for me to continue to order totes.

Perfect description! I’m sure I fit the demographic for Alfred Dunner (old!) but that is not my style. I’ve been looking at GT for the past few months and thinking that most of what they are offering isn’t even flattering on the models and looks dated rather than updated.
