My relationship with Ellie is over after a miserable 3 months. I had to send January back, as they subbed an xs for an xl sports bra. Seriously, who would think that would work? So I had to go through the hassle of fed exing it back to them. I’m not sure they ever credited me back, I’ll need to check. Then they let me know they wouldn’t have my sizes in February, either. So nothing for January, nothing for February, no promised water bottle still, in March. So now March’s box arrives and has nothing pictured above, except the towel and water bottle. The outfit is totally different and features Bally Total Fitness leggings that are available from groupon for $14.99. I could have done better with $50 at tj maxx.

I think they don’t have a customer service at all, they never answer anything, I have a problem accessing my account but they just sent me over and over a reply that says they have higher than normal contact volume, just that excuse for a month now, I’m still waiting for an answer. It’s not easy to cancel or suspend as they say it is. Also, I didn’t get the rose gold water bottle or the outfit they promote, it’s totally different just same colors. I honestly do not recommend it.

Im echoing the bad customer service. I received the feb box with the wrong sizes in it. Has taken weeks to even get through to them to fix it. We shall see if replacement ever arrives. Also i didnt get the rose gold water bottle they advertised. Beware. They substitute sizes and products when they run out. Un acceptable.

Just a warning to people looking to buy this box. I received my February box a few days ago and what I received was not what was advertised. Shirt and bra are different, also sizes are wrong. Emailed customer service and after several emails sent, got a reply that they substitute items and sizes when they run out. You get no notice or chance to cancel. I promptly cancelled. To me this is unacceptable.

I got a similar but different shirt (not a tank… more of a sleeveless shirt) and did not receive the water bottle. I’ve emailed customer service twice without a response and have yet to be able to reach them by phone during their designated hours. Last email I requested changes in sizes since they don’t give us that option through our profile which is super frustrating. Feel lucky you were at least able to get a response back from them at all… I’m super frustrated!

Love the outfit! Still haven’t gotten my Feb box yet – I guess they keep whatever payment date you set for the first order so I will need to manually change it so I can get these earlier!!

LOL, looks like they are buying from the same wholesaler that are going to be sold at TJ Maxx / Marshalls / Ross. I’ve only ever seen Marika sold at those stores.

You could pick up similar haul in specific colors you really liked for basically the same price.

This is a great value! I don’t need any of it but someone just getting into fitness would get a great deal. Is it always the same brand?

Great value, cute outfit but is it always the same brand?? I will hold off another month. I have way too many bottles and towels

Like the outfit but stop with the water bottles! Also have several yoga towels. Wish they would go a little outside the box with the fitness equipment.
