Now, onto the items!

LONDONTOWN Lakur Enhanced Nail Color in Weekend Cheers – FULL SIZE! Value $16

This 9-free polish is a high-shine creme. The bright pink feels perfect for warmer weather, too. Here it is on:

Kimberly Parry Organics Nourishing Serum – 5 ml Value $12.30

This serum is designed to:

  • Assists with cell regeneration
  • Softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Heals and reconditions skin

I like the scent, it’s gentle on my skin, and it absorbs pretty quickly, too! Plus this is a 1/3 of the size of the full-size version!

Derma E Microdermabrasion Scrub – .5 oz Value $8

I’ve sampled a lot of Derma E products, and I don’t always love their scents (but I don’t mind them), but with this face scrub, I am IN LOVE with the scent! If you love fresh citrus scents, this will be your new favorite scrub! (I’m definitely going to buy this in full size when I finish the sample.)

The formula is great beyond the scent, too. It’s a creamy scrub with fine particles that are gentle on my skin. (You can use this scrub twice a week.)

80 Acres Verde Hand & Body Wash – 2 oz Value $4

This Verde hand soap has notes of basil, tomato leaf, and fresh cut grass. It’s a lovely scent, and I love getting sample sized liquid hand soap in subscription boxes for travel. Much better than a bar soap provided by hotels in my opinion!

Aura Cacia Room & Body Mist in Relaxing Lavender – Value $7

FYI – subscribers will receive one of several scents. I was impressed by the staying power of this room spray. Some essential oil room sprays I’ve tried smell lovely, but don’t last long at all – but this one smells great and sticks around!

Modere I/D Anti-Aging System Infusion 5 ml + Defense 5 ml – Value $17

This skincare set is interesting! First, you apply the infusion gel to your face and leave it on for 5 minutes as it bubbles. According to Modere, the bubbles are a signal that the oxygen and botanicals are being delivered to your skin. (Benefits from this should be: improved skin hydration and skintone.)

Next, wash off the Infusion gel, and apply the Defense cream. I found that the Infusion step left my skin super smooth and soft. Then the Defense cream absorbed quickly. Both products have a light, floral scent, too.

I’m not sure there is enough of these samples to see results, but I liked the 2-step process!

Kneipp Herbal Bath in Pure Bliss – Value $4

This herbal bath is vegan, but I was disappointed to see that it isn’t all-natural. (It gets its color from Red 40 and Blue 1 artificial dyes, and I’m allergic to Red 40, so I can’t sample this one!) It also is scented with fragrance in addition to essential oils.

The Tea Room Black Masala Chai Milk Chocolate Bar – Value $3.29

This milk chocolate bar is made with a blend of “cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, star anis offset the black tea’s strength to achieve a balanced & extraordinary flavor.”

It was a hit with everyone who tried it at our house! And if, like me, you avoid dairy, Yuzen included a dark chocolate bar for you, too!

The Tea Room Raspberry Rooibos Dark Chocolate Mini Bar – Value $1

In addition to being organic, both bars are gluten-free and fair trade!

I normally don’t love dark chocolate, but the raspberry addition to this bar made it delicious for me! And it’s the perfect size for a chocolate craving, too!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $72. I think that’s great for a $33 all-natural beauty and spa box! I have a ton of products I love in this box, but the scrub stands out as my all-time favorite. The only miss for me was the herbal bath, but that’s only a $4 value, so no big deal for me.

  1. Yuzen is amazing! I love receiving my box of Zen!

  2. What a great box and concept of an eco-spa experience at home! So happy I discovered it here!

  3. This box looks so amazing I’m so tempted!

  4. Yuzen has great customer service. I received this box and the lavender mist had leaked-I contacted them and mentioned it and they sent me a whole new box.

  5. Do you know whether we would still get the Spring box if we subscribe today? i love it!!!

    • I’m pretty sure this will be your 1st box if you subscribe today. Typically, they will state on their site if the current season’s box is sold out. I went on their site out of curiosity and next to the Subscribe button they mention that your box will be shipped shortly, and your next box would be shipped in May. 🙂

  6. I wore the nail polish all last week because of Valentine’s Day, and it was such a beautiful polish. I was super impressed with its staying power. I think this was by far one of the best polishes I’ve tried in a very long time. After wearing it for the week, I had the tiniest chip on one nail… that was it! I was so impressed with it that just today (before reading this post) I was searching through all of my sub box pictures trying to find out which box it came from. I’m hoping this brand will be included in future natural (or any!) beauty boxes. 🙂

    • I agree! I wore the polish for the whole week, except for some tips wear, there is no real chip that I can see. Pretty impressed with the staying power.

    • I also LOVE that polish it’s such a pretty color! So glad to hear it has such good staying power as well! Just FYI gilt.com has really good sales right now on Lakur polishes!

  7. I always liked seeing what was included in this sub and took a break after getting it for about a year. I resubbed with the Winter Box and I believe that beginning with this Spring Box they raised the purchase fee to $35 (from $33)

  8. Well this box pulled me back in. I cancelled after the Winter box (even though it was a GREAT box) because I am on beauty product overload. These just all seem like such great products! I couldn’t help myself. And I love chocolate in sub boxes, it’s my weakness! Well played Yuzen, well played.

  9. My favourite item in this box is Kneipp bath stuff. I love it. It’s very relaxing and the scent is very nice too. It makes a little of bubbles and the water is pretty reddish color.

  10. What a great box. I honestly would buy this over Pop Sugar.

  11. You can use the scrub every day (I have been doing that, anyway, for a few weeks now with no issues). I’ve had half a dozen samples of it over the years, just finished another, and started on this one.

    • That’s great to know since I’m addicted to it! Thanks, Ragan! 🙂
