Panda Pals is a subscription service that sends two pairs of socks to your tween (ages 9-11 years old) every month. What a fun way to get new socks! Panda Pals also offers options for kids, ages 3-8, and adults!

Here are the two pair of socks included this month for girls.

Panda Pals tween plan comes with two pairs of socks “…size 6-8 which ranges between ages 9-11.” My daughter has a big foot for a 7-year-old and while the Panda Pals kid’s size still fit her, I noticed some socks we received were a little small so we moved up a size. The tween socks are a little bit big but I’d rather have them a little big than a bit too small.

Seriously? A unicorn on a dolphin? I’m not sure how a tween would feel about this pattern but my daughter is seriously stoked! I’m so glad we moved up a size! My daughter likes the patterns on these socks much better than the younger kids socks.

We can’t choose a favorite this month as my daughter and I love the tortoise and the hare socks too!

These socks are made from 85% Peruvian cotton, 10% nylon, and 5% spandex. They have a nice soft touch. Our Panda Pals socks wash well and we’ve seen very little fading of colors. They aren’t as thick as some of socks we have (i.e. The Gap) but they have a lot more stretch to them so I have a feeling Cira will be able to wear these for a longer time period.

Verdict: We think Panda Pals is such a fun way to get something useful. This is our first month getting the Tween size but so far, Cira (my daughter) is in love!

As for the value, printed socks range in price from about $4.00 to almost $10.00 per pair depending on where you buy them. These socks are $8.00 a pair and depending on your kid’s sock size, they can be worn for many years. Plus, for every pair new subscription Panda Pals donates a pair of socks to someone in need. Sure, you can get cheaper socks but these are fun and unique and the designs are great! We like Panda Pals.
