I ordered 2 last time, one for a friend, and one for myself. While I have not had the chance to try any of it yet, I just now ordered another (making it my 3rd) for a Valentines Day gift for my Mother. My Dad is deceased, and I love the idea of giving Mom something for Valentines Day, something I have never done before…thanks everyone for a great idea!!! I know she will love it. (it is perfect, not too much, just some fun, practical stuff to sample and play with)

I ordered two and one was missing the Dr Brandt which was one of the products I really wanted. It is a great kit however the biggest sample is the Elizabeth Arden exfoliating cleanser at 1.7 oz. I plan to throw the plastic case in my gym bag and use it to carry my shower stuff to the gym.
I called Macy’s and they are taking care of the issue with the missing product so great customer service I ordered the perfume coffret at the same time as my original order and Macy’s shipped that separately. I hope it is as good as this set

They sent me a whole new package. (They had originally requested that I send back the one I received, but I told them I had no time to run to the post office to correct their mistake -so I did get to keep that as well) Good Luck!

Liz, if you’re looking for an eye product that actually gets rid of the appearance of dark circles, that Laura Mercier repair serum is the absolute BEST product I’ve found for that! And this sample is roughly a quarter size of the full size product so it would be worth giving it a shot

I just received this box today and cannot wait to try the eye serum! Especially after reading your comment! I’ve had dark circles forever and nothing has really helped. I’ve tried several eye creams/serums, etc…along with many different concealers. None have made them disappear. I really hope this makes a difference for me!

I got one good use of mine and now nothing comes out. After reading comments I was excited to try this and it hardly seems to be worth bothering with customer service for the price I paid but a bit disappointed.

Thanks for this comment! I have hereditary dark circles and have become very hyper-aware of them lately and am glad to read any recommendations that might help. I bought one of these so I am excited to try it out! 🙂

I received a sample from the Laura Mercier counter at Nordstrom and was blown away by how well it worked for me! I don’t have severe dark circles, but it was definitely the most noticeable difference I’ve ever seen an eye product have on the dark circles that I do have. I hope it works great for you too!

I received mine in the mail about three days after I ordered it. I love the plastic bag everything comes in. It is nice, has a good weight, and seems like it will last awhile. The products are smaller sized. But, most are more than the traditional sample size. I would definitely recommend it to any one!
