I actually loved the Winter Debut box and have been stalking Liz’s site for when she updated that the Spring box would be up. I am really looking forward to receiving this. I used my giftcard on 2 notebooks….their notebooks are seriously THE BEST!!!!

Does this charge straight away or before it ships?

Charges right when you order. Your money is gone. Then it ships sometime in the future. Winter box said it would have items to use in January but box didn’t come till end of January with nothing for January. Really is a two month box not quarterly (3 month) box.

Yes they charge as soon as you purchase and then they don’t ship for two months or so. So be ready to give up your money and wait and wait.

I’m so frustrated by this. First, I could not register with my tablet or on my desktop with chrome. On the 15th try with Internet Explorer on desktop, I was able to register. Go to my email and the coupon code cannot be applied to this cart. I’ve spent over 30 minutes with this and see a help chat room is available. Great! Clink on link and no customer service agents are available to assist me. I was really excited to receive my first box, never had this subscription box. I can only schedule callbacks for tomorrow morning, but this will probably sell out by then. I’m not even sure as of now if I would trust a box from them after this fiasco. Terrible.

I have the same problem as you. When I signed up for an account, I was sent two coupon codes and none of them would work on this. The first coupon code stated that it could be used on my 1st purchase and this is my first purchase yet it doesn’t work. The second coupon code said it’s not valid on gift cards or e gift cards, both of which I am not purchasing. Why would they have us waste time signing up and not being able to use any of the codes?

Terrible customer service, apparently. I love planners, office gadgets, greeting cards galore but this has turned me off from ever buying anything Erin Condren. The $10 code worked for the first few people that were able to see this post as soon as it was posted. If this is how the company works, I’m happy that I get to save my post-it note for something useful and not a breakup. I’m now researching other planner/greeting cards/office doodad subscription boxes. Thank you, for responding. 🙂

Gift cards and coupons won’t work on the seasonal boxes. I’ve spoke with customer service before and they were extremely helpful. Schedule a call from CS, they may not be sold out or could be generous making it up to you.

I’m not buying a gift card. At the time that I read this, it said coupon code will apply to seasonal box. If it didnt, why would so many others reply that it wasn’t working? Even the email with the code never mentioned it could not be applied to a seasonal box.

It wouldn’t let me use the 25 gift card. The back of it says it’s not good for the seasonal surprise box. The welcometoec10 isn’t valid either probably for the same reason. I guess they figure it’s already a good deal. I actually wasn’t impressed with the last seasonal surprise. I mean, yeah we got the gift card, but I haven’t used it yet. I’d probably feel better about it if I found something to get on the site. I’ll keep looking.
I would have totally gotten this one if I could have used my gift card!

It took me longer than I’d like to admit to realize the spoiler is the notebook.
I definitely bought one. I loved the first one. I put the lip pin on my Popsugar black & white clutch and it really pops.

I think when you create an account they send you a coupon code via email. Check your email to see if you have that. That’s how I received mine last time.
