Has anyone ever had to return/exchange anything from Emma & Chloe? I bought that gorgeous Alma necklace that was in the November box because I just couldn’t resist it. It took forever to finally get to me, and when it did, I pulled it out of the bag and noticed that the lobster clasp seems a bit unaligned and it doesn’t fully close. 🙁
I would hate for the necklace to fall off and to lose it because it isn’t exactly a cheap item! However, it seems like it would be too much trouble to send it back, so I guess I could also take it to a jeweler to have them fix it (…but that would also be inconvenient and more $$$).
