This month’s box craft is called Doodled Banners!
For all projects, the instructions and tutorial videos are available online.
This box included two canvas banners.
Pink yarn for hanging them (and making tassels if you like):
And the dowel rods for hanging the banners:
Next up, decorations!
This kit included a floral stencil set:
And neon fabric markers:
One thing I’ve noticed with Darby Smart is that many of the supplies they include are good for multiple uses, so I have a bit of a crafting collection going now thanks to this subscription!
And here are the finished banners:
This was an easy project that has enough freedom to let you be creative with your design, too.
The Verdict: I think that is a quality subscription for teens and tweens! The projects aren’t too difficult, but they have plenty of room for creativity, and I like that there are two banners in this box in case you wanted to do the craft with a friend!
