I got the “Heads Up Hair Bundle” and I think it looks great- tons of new products I’ve never tried and I’m excited! A few “packettes”, but that’s ok. 14 products total, so I think it is well worth it. Don’t forget to ALWAYS add your free duo w/$35 or more- that’s in addition to whatever offer code you use. I just recently figured it out after a few years! I know people love to hate on Birchbox, but they are my favorite over Sephora Play and just shopping at Sephora.com- just better freebies in my opinion!

I actually enjoy shopping on BB’s website just in general. I think they have a decent selection of items and they carry a nice variety of brands that I’d typically have to go anywhere from Target to Barney’s for. So, it’s almost like one-stop shopping. Plus, you’re basically guaranteed a 10% discount on your entire purchase every time too! I also agree about their GWP’s…. I think they’re on par with Sephora, but different at the same time. I’ve definitely gotten some nice GWPs from brands that I’d have to spend way more than $25 or $35 at Barney’s or Blue Mercury to get.

Wow.. I’m so happy I got one of these! I ordered a bunch of the benefit kits, discovery kits, and a smashbox kit and my total was $90 something dollars, but everything was on sale and only came to $52! I guess certain smashbox kits are 50% off, The Benefit kits are 40% off and the Discovery kits are 30% off! I actually got a lot for just $50! Thanks!

Last time I did this deal around Christmas they sent out my product and the. Emailed that they were out of stock of the gift with purchase and didn’t send anything! Now I’m scared to try again!

this happened to me now (with the PAMPERME gwp) only received 3/13 samples and didn’t even get an email beforehand. Two foils and the face cream. No lipsticks, sleep mask, eyeliner. NADA 🙁

LOL they just added a new GWP that has 8/10 missing products that they “forgot” to send in our GWP. Guess they “found” the ones they never sent to all those customers!

I added the pamper me set and only got three of the items! I’m not happy at all. I emailed but birchbox and am currently waiting for their response. The set is now sold out as well so I think I just got screwed. Hopefully they’ll compensate with points.

Same thing happened to me. Only got the 2 masks and the organic pharmacy cream. Honestly this seems super sketchy to me. Like they just pulled another bait and switch on us all. Was offered “another” GWP but they all pale in comparison to this one. I love Birchbox but I’m so tired of them doing sketchy things like this.

Same thing here! I only received the Dr. Jart, Wei eye pads, and Organic Pharmacy face cream 🙁 This set was the whole reason I ordered and I’m super bummed. I emailed them a few minutes ago. BB customer service has been great in the past dealing with issues, so my fingers are crossed for a good solution. Hope it works out for everyone else too!!

Same here. They offered to send me another gift instead or 100 points. So sad, this gift was really the only reason I made the purchase at all. 🙁

OMG- that’s awful! I just got mine and all of the hair bundle items were there- it was a ton of stuff! Like getting 3 boxes at once. My experience with BB CS has always been great- I can’t imagine that they won’t make this right for you. Fingers crossed for you!
