  1. Think the box items are a spoiler? I so need those Dr Jart water drops again.

    • They keep showing this pic but I haven’t heard of anyone actually getting the Dr. Jart lately.

  2. If you go on the item page for this bag on Birchbox, 26 of the 39 reviews reference the zipper breaking shortly after receipt or otherwise not working right.

    Why is Birchbox giving away “free” items that they know are defective? This company is run so poorly. I’m on my second gift sub in a year and I could write a tl;dr post on all the stuff that’s been handled poorly.

    If this is the best that top tier business school graduates can do…

  3. I like those eyeliners… but they are currently in the sale section of Birchbox (and so’s the bag) . Seems like they are using this “promotion” to offload surplus product on new customers who wouldn’t know any different. I wonder how long this product has been sitting in a warehouse.
