Does anyone know how to switch their quarterly subscription to an annual subscription? I can’t seem to find that option anywhere on their website…

I recently purchased the winter box (so now I’m subscribed to a seasonal subscription). Question to you all: how many days did your order take to process before you received a tracking/shipping email? My order status of the winter box says ‘completed’, is this status okay even though the box has yet to be shipped? Hoping it wont take too long to process the order and ship b/c this box is too good not to get 🙂

This finally pushed me into buying the winter box. I love Sunday Riley, I love nice candles, and that necklace makes me swoon.

Question for you all- I loved the Winter Box so I ordered it Friday night (a seasonal subscription that would be). How soon after you ordered, did you receive shipping/tracking for your box? There website says that Winter Boxes are shipping now so I am hoping to see an email about shipment soon. Also, should my order read “complete” if it has yet to be shipped?

Thanks!

I didn’t order the winter box but when I ordered summer my status said complete also. I was afraid my box had shipped and I hadn’t received it. When I asked customer service about that, it only meant the order was received but didn’t have anything to do with the shipping. I received my box a little over a week later. I hope and I did get a shipping notice also.

Thanks for the reply Shannon, it’s just that BOS seems to have a reputation with CS and their shipping of boxes. Emailed CS and they stated that it takes them around 5-7 business days to process a new order before any shipping info is sent, so we shall see. I don’t like that they didn’t send you any shipping info, if it never arrived to your destination you would’ve never known!

I signed up for the Winter box because I LOVED it but used a one-time box code ($20 off my first box or something around Cyber Monday) because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend that much every quarter or that I’d like the contents every time. So I’ve been patiently waiting for Spring box spoilers…I even just went back and looked and it seems that the first spoiler for Spring 2016 was released the first week of January last year. 🙁 I’m hoping the spring spoilers come out soon so we get to see more than one before I have to decide if I want to go for it or cancel before getting billed again. I hope they aren’t going to delay them since it sounds like the Winter box is still available….

Same. I had to sign up to be able to gift the winter box to a friend. Which was fine because it was great. But I need spring spoilers. I wonder what happens if I cancel then resubscribe!?

I cancelled after the fall box and then signed up again (same email account) when the winter necklace spoiler came out. They did charge me twice but my refund was processed really fast and customer service was outstanding (at least the lady I had). I also just cancelled again after I got my winter box with no issues and it was super fast. I will say though that I don’t think an annual sub is worth it with BOS as it’s not like FFF. Twice I’ve been able to pick my colour/shade of items (like if I was an annual member with FFF) and I was just a seasonal member. Plus they always have coupons and sales so you’ll probably get the box cheaper at some point and it’ll just annoy you that you paid full price when they’re offering new subscribers a coupon so my personal opinion is $20 isn’t worth signing up for a year unlike FFF where you have to be an annual member to pick colours and also to have early access to the add ons.

SWOON…. this box is at the tippy top of my wish list. . .
Ladies – do you think this is the best deal or should I hold out for better… UGH!

I’d go for it if you’ve loved all of the past boxes.
But if you think there’s a chance that you won’t love all of them, then you might be better off just doing one box at a time. that way you can cancel if you think or know you don’t like the spoiler (depending of course when spoilers are released – but for the past 2 boxes, they’ve been available for purchase after Liz does the full review of them)
