I just wanted to send a shout out to New Beauty test tube, especially Nicole, for getting in contact with me about my missing tube and continued contact until I received it. Amazing customer service, I really appreciated not only reaching out but checking up to see if I received my box. I have never had customer service like that before and I can’t recommend this subscription more. Thanks so much!!

I’ve subscribed to them for about 5 years now and while I do like them, it kinda irks me that I’ve never once received a coupon or special offer. It’s always only for new subscribers, which is kind of unfair to those who’ve been loyal for so long and always pay full price.

I have to say I had the worst experience with this company. My first box was missing at least half the items, the bronzer was destroyed, and my free BF gift wasn’t there either. I cancelled my sub and emailed about the missing items. I got the cancellation confirmed, but heard nothing about the missing items. Then a few days later, I was charged for the next month….:O
I couldn’t get them to respond to me so I had to go through my CC company to get my money back.

Yes. 2.0 is their new, “upgraded” version of their subscription box, and has replaced the old version.

I called customer service last week when the review for the January box came out and got told if I singed up the same day my subscription would start with March/April.

Odd. I emailed CS last week and asked what the cutoff date for the Jan/Feb tube is and they replied back today that it’s 2/3/17.

As of Jan 6th, we were told the first box would be January for new subscribers, but you might want to reach out to their customer service to be sure!
