Mindfulness Box for Kids sends a card outlining the box items. I appreciate this information as it helps me know if anything is missing and how to find items I’d like to purchase again.

Peace Storybook and matching Coloring Book – Value $15.00 (value provided by CoronumArtsy, the creators of Mindfulness Box for Kids)

I love getting books in my child’s subscription boxes which is one we like this subscription. This book is about peace being “the creative energy behind everything in existence” and how “it is the sustaining breath inside each of us.” The book is very beautifully illustrated and Cira loved having the coloring book to practice her own creativity!

Peace Matching Game – Value $1.50 (value provided by CoronumArtsy)

The illustration was so pretty in the book that we were happy to see the matching game too. The only downside is that Cira is getting so good at these games that there weren’t enough cards for it to stay challenging.

Studio Art 24-piece Marker Set – Value $2.50 (value provided by CoronumArtsy)

We were in dire need of new markers so this was a great item for us! We’ll always be happy with more markers. The bad news is that they couldn’t be used on the coloring book because they bled through the page. Bummer! We were still happy to get these, though.

Peace & Cuddles Mug – Value $12.00

My daughter was so excited to see this “grown up” mug with the cute heart handle in her box. In fact, she was hesitant to let me borrow it for my morning coffee! I loved what the box info sheet said about this kid’s mug: “Peace in the household, peace in their hearts, and cuddles from their loved ones.”

Zenbunni Chocolate (Topanga) – Value $3.00

This bar is made from some high serious organic ingredients – “Biodynamic & Organic 70% Cacao, Cane Jaggery.” The flavor is serious too – it’s smooth but has a strong cacao flavor. I’ve had Zenbunni chocolate before- my husband and I really like them but our daughter doesn’t.

Verdict: Mindfulness Box for Kids is a great way to support practicing mindfulness at home with the little ones. It’s a struggle for me to practice mindfulness each day so I truly appreciate anything I can get to support that practice. I’m hoping my daughter will be better than I am due to us discussing and practicing it at a young age. The items in this box the last few months have inspired great conversations with my daughter and I’ve very pleased with that. My estimated value of this box is $34.00 which is probably puts the items at equal or a bit above the monthly cost and then, of course, you must factor in shipping which is worth a lot to me since I live in the middle of nowhere! (I did reach out to Mindfulness Box for Kids to assist with pricing for items not readily available online.)
