I emailed them to find out why I can’t use the code. I’ve never even subscribed to birchbox. Never found the boxes too appealing. But I’ll try it for $5

Hey Kait,
I was actually able to cancel my current sub and add a new one and the code worked for me. Didn’t have to use a different email or anything.
