  1. I am not sure where to post this, as I can’t get the “search’ to work in the forum.
I bought a Holiday Jewelry anchor box from 5th Ave, and I selected a cuff that was supposed to be blue. It was clear (not blue), and it arrived broken. I haven’t heard back from their customer service yet, and it has been over a week.
Any suggestions? I am out about $180 for a damaged item that wasn’t what they advertised on their site.

    • Dear Rosemary,

We are sorry to hear about it. Please accept our apologies.
For some reason, we have not received your original e-mail.
Please resend it with your order # and we will contact you to resolve this situation ASAP.

      Thank you,
      5th Avenue Style Support Team

  2. Dear Jennifer at 5th Ave Style Team,

Your terrible customer service responses to Dawn on a public forum are enough of a reason to stay away from the subscribing to this box. The bags aren’t helping either.

    • Why? Because she rebutted what Dawn said happened? Sometimes the customer isn’t right. The anchor box emails tell you the order timeframe. Obviously somebody didn’t read very carefully or forgot.

  3. Dear All,

We are searching all over the world looking for the best collections and designers to bring to our clients.

This particular handbag brand, Roberta Gandolfi, is extremely popular in Europe and the bags are made in Italy. So, we selected their bestselling styles to offer to you. The similar Fall collection was sold out very fast in Europe.

Of course, it is always a matter of taste but the bags are really beautiful. The pictures might not reflect it fully but we saw actual bags and they truly stunning.

    Thank you,

    5th Avenue Style Team

    • This is not popular in Europe. That’s why it’s being sold so cheaply.

      • I could not find any discounts for these styles anywhere on the Internet.

  4. They look like lunch bags to me, for some reason. If I paid that for a purse I would have nothing left to put in it.

  5. Just so you all are aware, I got a hat anchor box from 5th Ave. It took 2 months to arrive and it was not the hat that I ordered, not even the right color. I reached out to customer service and all I got was…we will review. Still no resolution. Buyer beware.

    • Dear Dawn,

You wrote to us only a day ago, on January 3rd, and we needed some time to reach the vendor and get their response.
There was an error with the color from the vendor side and we were about to send you an e-mail on it later today.
We will contact you directly via e-mail shortly.
      Thank you,

      5th Avenue Style Team

      • Dear Dawn,

Also, we have just checked the records and the order has been shipped to you within a month not 2 months as you mentioned.

        Thank you,
        5th Avenue Style Team

        • Perhaps you should check my credit card statement.

          • Dear Dawn,

Your order was placed/paid for on 11/23/16 and shipped on 12/23/16.
Please contact us directly via e-mail if you have any further questions.

            Thank you,
            5th Avenue Style Team

  6. Omg I just made one of those bags at a Michaels craft store workshop / class!!!! Kidding… but these bags are laughable.

  7. I like the bags themselves but the beads ruin them.

  8. Very cool for Spring. Love it

  9. Maybe I’m just not “high end”. These bags are hideous. I wouldn’t pay $10 for them. Just my opinion.

    • *ha* *ha*

    • My thought exactly…… ewe!

    • High end is in the eye of the beholder. For this kind of money I’m picking out my own bag.

    • Definitely in the eye of the beholder, I also wouldn’t take these for free unless to sell haha.
