I am not sure where to post this, as I can’t get the “search’ to work in the forum.
I bought a Holiday Jewelry anchor box from 5th Ave, and I selected a cuff that was supposed to be blue. It was clear (not blue), and it arrived broken. I haven’t heard back from their customer service yet, and it has been over a week.
Any suggestions? I am out about $180 for a damaged item that wasn’t what they advertised on their site.

Your terrible customer service responses to Dawn on a public forum are enough of a reason to stay away from the subscribing to this box. The bags aren’t helping either.

Why? Because she rebutted what Dawn said happened? Sometimes the customer isn’t right. The anchor box emails tell you the order timeframe. Obviously somebody didn’t read very carefully or forgot.

We are searching all over the world looking for the best collections and designers to bring to our clients.
This particular handbag brand, Roberta Gandolfi, is extremely popular in Europe and the bags are made in Italy. So, we selected their bestselling styles to offer to you. The similar Fall collection was sold out very fast in Europe.
Of course, it is always a matter of taste but the bags are really beautiful. The pictures might not reflect it fully but we saw actual bags and they truly stunning.

Just so you all are aware, I got a hat anchor box from 5th Ave. It took 2 months to arrive and it was not the hat that I ordered, not even the right color. I reached out to customer service and all I got was…we will review. Still no resolution. Buyer beware.
