Peppermint Bark Bar by Baron Chocolatier – Value $3.00?

Peppermint is one of those quintessentially holiday items lately – it’s like someone is trying to propel it to pumpkin greatness – either way, I have always enjoyed peppermint and chocolate paired together, so peppermint bark is always welcome in my home! This peppermint bark bar was delicious and definitely enjoyed.

Nib Mor Cacao Nib Square – Value $0.62

This was really great – I’ve tried this brand of chocolate in the past and always enjoy their products. I do prefer their cherry dark chocolate to this one, but it was definitely still delicious.

Bunch o’ Berries Fruit Snacks by Horizon Organic – Value $0.79

I loved these fruit snacks! They were super flavorful and I really liked the texture of the fruit snacks – they weren’t really gummy but still had a nice chewy texture.

Lucy’s Gingersnaps – Value $1.73

These gingersnaps were quite good – I enjoyed the flavor of the cookie. It went great with my coffee!

Luna Dark Chocolate Hazelnut – Value $1.00?

I am just going to put this out there – I’m not a huge fan of bars as food replacements personally. Especially the ones with very little texture and taste. This bar tasted OK but the texture left much to be desired for me.

Sanissimo Salmas Corn Crackers – Value $1.00?

These crackers were pretty dry – I think they would have been better with some sort of a soft cheese or a dip. The flavor was decent, though!

Snikiddy Baked Mac n’ Cheese Puffs – Value $0.83

I definitely enjoyed these – the flavor was great and the puffs were a nice size and crispy!

Beef & Pork Pepperoni Seasoned Stick by Field Trip – Value $1.38

My husband tried this and he really enjoyed it! He said that it definitely tasted like pepperoni.

Verdict: This Love with Food has an approximate value of $10.35. There was a nice mix of products, brands, and flavor profiles. I think the few seasonal additions, like the gingersnaps and peppermint bark were a perfect nod to the holidays! Overall, I enjoyed this box.

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane…the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane…but she’s always looking for a new subscription to try!

  1. I think the Snikiddy puffs taste like cornstarch packing peanuts with “cheez” powder dusted on them. I’m glad the deluxe box didn’t have them, honestly.

Agree the corn crackers needed something on them. Loved the chocolate/peppermint bar, as well.
