Wow with all these neg reviews I’m very concerned. Generally you get an email stating when shipped with tracking…I just ordered mine Jan 19, Said it was still available. now I’m wondering if I’m getting it at all. there was only 1 choice for had. The wine color. Should have been shipped already…They really need to get it together..This is by far the best Box I’ve seen. I thought 10 days was long. geez They have no business doing this if they cant get this organized

I’m an annual subscriber since last Feb’16 and I have not received my winter box. I waited until Dec 23rd I think to send my first inquiry because it says they should ship mid-Dec. I have received a couple responses of the generic variety – your email will be handled in approx 6 days, then one saying they apologize and box should ship soon . . . its Jan 4th and still no shipping notice or box. Just a warning for those thinking of subscribing

That is completely unacceptable! I never got a reply to my emails, but my box was overnighted and I got it Dec. 23. It was still too late IMO as an annual subscriber and their customer service handled it so poorly so I promply unsubscribed. I hope they refund your money and you get a box! I understand if they got overwhelmed with wine colored hat choices, but then send an email explaining it and give an option to pick a different color and a small credit or something. This was a big fail in my book.

I like this box and I want to gift it to a friend, is there a way to just get this box or do I have to sign up for the year and then cancel? I wish all subscriptions gave you the option of getting one box as gifts!

You can purchase a one time gift 🙂 I did it yesterday as an additional box for gifts. Click Subscribe like you normally would and the option to choose a one time gift will be on there. I used the Winter20 coupon even though I’m already a subscriber & it took off $20! I’m glad it still worked. The other codes I tried were expired.

i got mine today and I am usually at the end of the shipping chain, most of you get your boxes long before me. I ordered the burgundy hat too, so I really believe you should be getting yours soon. I never got a shipping notification. I am really bummed that i lost the candle in the school yard pick with my daughter. It smelled amazing. So Christmas fresh.

I have been a Rachel Zoe customer for over a year. I have not received my box nor any tracking. I have emailed them with no response. I wanted to wear the necklace to 2 parties I was going to. Their customer service is dropping. Popsugar is quick to respond and has demonstrated great customer service. I am thinking now about not renewing again with Rachel Zoe and keeping my $$$ with Popsugar. I wonder if they ran out of some of the colors of the knit cap. I ordered the burgundy one.

I emailed yesterday in the early afternoon expressing my dismay that I received an email saying that it was the last day to order to guarantee arrival by Christmas, and yet I didn’t even have a tracking number yet and I had been a member for almost a year (this box marks a year). Late last night I got an email with a tracking number, which had just been originated but not actually picked up by the carrier or anything. I think one reason for the long delay was that they waited to respond until someone could get my box set up. They specifically say in their FAQ that they ship from earliest subscribers to newer. It feels a little ridiculous that I had to ask. Especially after that promo email saying that it was on its way, which did not include any shipping info or anything, so it was just announcing that they began shipping. My year is up after this box and I think I am going to not renew because it just isn’t quite worth the cost, especially as they seem to have more “specially designed” products which they can easily jack up the retail value of because you can’t compare to prices online.

I cancelled because of the shipping and customer service issues. Also, since so many people get this box, you can usually trade for something you want if you get other high end boxes.

Same here-annual sub, merlot hat and got shipping notice this morning. Wonder if the merlot hats that were on back order? Wish they had emailed and let people know.
I cancelled this morning after being subbed from day 1. Second box that shipped after everyone else even though annual subs are supposed to be shipped first.

So not falling for this fake promise. I fell for it with the summer box when I got an email “guaranteeing” if I ordered by xx date I’d get the box in time for 4th of July. I received it 3 weeks after I ordered, which was 2 weeks after the 4th. All they did was say “sorry.” Fool me once . . .

check your junk mail. I ordered on 12/3 and this email came today saying mine was shipped but it went to my junk mail. orders at zoemediagroup.ship-confirm.com is the email address it came from. No movement on the package yet

Fingers crossed you get it soon. Their shipping is usually quite quick. I recieved mine last week in time to wear the gorgeous necklace to 2 holiday parties. I got so many compliments! I dropped FFF for this sub and Happy Rebel. My new faves❤️❤️❤️
