I’m supposed to get my December box next Friday 12/16 or Saturday. I’m probably the last one to get the box from the black Friday deal. I’m in central Texas. Is that normal? Does it usually take 2 – 3 week difference because of my location?

I signed up with them last year, got a broken candle(the Mercury glass container was cracked). Called and received a new candle a week later. Unfortunately, my replacement candle was also broken. They never responded to my second complaint. So, my answer is no.

I am so weak. I juwt ordered another Dec box. I got mine today and the hair serum and lip stick are products I will definitely re-use. This is saying alot for me because I don’t usually wear makeup, and was going to gift/swap the Winky Lux without even opening it, but I decided to keep it just tk have a touch of color for the season. Turns out it is really great. And the hair stuff turned my frizzy hair into silk.
So, that’s $26 in products right there I would have repurchased. Plus the other items are lovely and giftable.

I had the same thing happen. I emailed them, and they just said that they would check with the warehouse as to why it hasn’t shipped yet. Hopefully it will get them to mail my box, as well as others who are sitting there.
