Exclusive POPSUGAR Holiday Glamour Box + Subscription Sale!

Im confused, is it for SURE that ill receive the kendra scott, shadow palette and umbrella??? Also the over $260 value is just for the entra 6 items??? Or tthe total including the 3 before mentioned??? Could somebody help!!! I’m just buying this because the November box us already sold out on gilt.

I purchased the Dec box at half price as a gift, but I’ve been wanting to sub to this box for a really long time. I think I’m going to go for it as the six month sub comes out to only $25 a month and the holiday glam box is then free! I’m just a bit confused about the following–maybe someone can provide me with some clarity:
Rue La La states with this offer you: “Get it by Dec 23rd;” so I assume even if you don’t redeem the voucher immediately you would still get the holiday glam box in time for the holiday. Or does the voucher code somehow activate the shipping of the holiday glam box? I mean it wouldn’t be much of a “holiday” box if you get it in March lol !

So I noticed something… curious what you all think: The email with my voucher had a picture in it, the picture did not contain the 3 spoiler items, but did have six other items that seem to fit the Holiday Glamour theme.

– Eyeshadow quad (I think?)
– Pecan Honey Mustard
– Sparkle Headband
– Bingo Set
– Rectangle Candle

Could these be the six items?

I both the Glamour box+3-month (purchased a few days ago) AND the Glamour+6-month (purchased today) because it’s such a good deal. I already redeemed the voucher for the 3-month a few days ago. My plan is to wait for the 3-month sub to end in Feb, then redeem the voucher for the 6-month sub in March before it expires.

So did I do this correctly? I purchased on the Ruelala site and received a voucher. I took the voucher number and entered it on the Popsugar Musthave site. It said the box was 49.95 (or something like that). The Ruelala code made it go to “zero”. So I am assuming I will be charged the $29.99 from the Ruelala site? WOW, this was a lot of work!

I’m glad I finally got this to work this morning, I tried all day yesterday and there was still an error on just the Glamour box. I’ve had my eye on the bracelet for awhile and the eye shadows look goo too, and I didn’t get the boxes with any of those items, so I’m happy. Can’t wait to see what else is inside!

I just ordered Holiday box + 6 months. I didn’t get Black Friday deal, so I am happy to grab this. I ordered December box 50% off, so I am going to wait and see what the spoilers are for Jan/Feb/Mar to redeem.

I was able to purchase just the holiday box. I had already wrapped up the eyeshadow and the bracelet for extra gifts for my sisters but I am glad to get my own! And who can’t use an extra umbrella? Plus six other items? Thats a win in my book!

I got one. Even if every one of the other 6 items is a dud, the umbrella, bracelet, and palette are well worth the price! I have the palette and it is amazing – such pretty wearable colors and it stays on really well. I have the bracelet and would love another for gifting. And that umbrella is so cute! Very excited for this one.

Since it was telling me the glamour box alone was sold out, I bought the one month plus the box. However, I’m planning on waiting to redeem it til March since I have a three month sub that will end in February. That should work, right? It says it has to be redeemed by 3/10/17, so they should hold on to enough glamour boxes to fulfill the orders that are redeemed later on, right?

It’s not letting me add the (single) holiday box to my cart now. Ugh.

Does anyone know yet if the month subscriptions can be added to the end of your current subscriptions? I want to get the glamour box +1 month but don’t want a duplicate december box!!!

I really wanted just the box alone, but I finally caved and did the one month subscription just to get this box. Hoping I can add the subscription onto my current one and not get another December box (even though I loved it).

Finally caved and bought the holiday box +1 month I really wanted the holiday one and it just wouldn’t allow. After I checked out the december box I remembered loving a few of those items so I jumped on it. The instructions were kind of confusing on how to order after processing through popsugar I guess because they’re made to be generic. You just add everything you got with Ruelala to the cart and add the coupon. The only reason they make you do this is so they can get your credit card so you’re in it for a renewing sub so just watch out if you don’t want it to renew that you cancel before the 23. They do make it super easy to cancel it seems. I havn’t canceled yet but it is all over the account settings. I always feel weird canceling before I receive everything though I don’t know why.

I spoke to customer service, and they said I could order 2x of the 3-month subscription packages instead of the 6-month package and they would credit my account $20. Didn’t take that…I’d rather just wait to get the regular 6-month deal. He said the 3-month was working for some reason even though the 6-month was not. Not sure if this may help someone else.

If I get the box and one month sub, can I save the sub for January? Seems like Rue La La wants us to purchase the box with subscriptions attached.

Okay, so I’m glad that I am not the only one having this issue with Rue La La and ordering the box but itself. I’m going to chat with them today and try to find out how long it will be. I’m only having this issue with them “tripping in the closet” when I try to get the box by itself, not with a sub. Does anyone have an update?

I just tried, and it still doesn’t go through. How are these people still in business?

Glad I’m not the only one having trouble ordering this box! Has anyone been able to order the box by itself yet? I chatted with customer service and all they said was they would look into it and I would hear back in 3-5 business days…

Ok ladies. We can all give it a rest for the night. Spoke to customer service and they said. “Please know that we are aware there is a bug preventing you from ordering the Holiday box. Our Technical Team is working on this issue. We hope to have it fixed sometime tomorrow”
She said it it not sold out and they cannot give an estimate on when it will be fixed.

It’s letting me add the box only to my cart. Not going to pull the trigger (staying strong!), but the box alone might be available now.

Well what a frustrating experience trying to order the glamour box!! If anyone has found a way around this it would be great!! I went to order the glamour box and have it shipped to my US address, the issue arose when I put my billing information in their system with my Canadian address, wouldn’t process, tried PayPal, nope not unless it’s international. I have had a session with some of their service folks, who didn’t know anything. Can anyone suggest a solution??
