Liz, when did you change the wording in this post to say just a free necklace? I bought this expecting a free necklace and December box.

This was updated within a couple hours of the original post. Originally, their site still showed a pop up for the free December box promotion even though it was no longer running and they had meant to replace it completely with the free necklace promotion. I’m so sorry for the confusion!

I got the updat today. It went to junk mail, so you might want to check there. I have to give them credit for sending an apology coupon code, all I got from the other sub boxes that are lost/delayed were either no response or sarcasm.

I got an email from them today saying there was a delay in customs with the shipment from France, but that the boxes will go out today. There’s a discount code in the email as an apology. Maybe you have an email from them, too?

I am having the same issues with this sub as Jennifer. My first charge was Nov 3 and I was charged again in December and have received nothing. I emailed during black Friday sales to confirm which box I would be getting because I was interested in purchasing November during their past box sale. I never have gotten a response with an actual ship date/ship notice/etc. Buyer beware. My biggest pet peeve is having paid for 2 months without having received the first.
